【摘要】：目的分析陜西省美沙酮維持治療(MMT)門診治療者脫失情況及其影響因素。方法從"社區(qū)美沙酮維持治療系統(tǒng)",收集2012-2015年陜西省MMT門診入組治療者的社會(huì)人口學(xué)特征、既往毒品濫用情況及維持治療情況等信息。將研究對(duì)象分為脫失組和未脫失組,分析脫失情況及影響因素。結(jié)果納入研究對(duì)象2 342例MMT治療者,脫失治療者1 135例,脫失率48.5%;未脫失治療者1 207例。脫失組和未脫失組在年齡(χ~2=155.120,P0.001)、職業(yè)(χ~2=13.253,P0.001)、民族(χ~2=4.368,P=0.037)、婚姻狀況(χ~2=12.801,P=0.002)、文化程度(χ~2=19.811,P0.001)、首次吸毒年齡(χ~2=36.831,P0.001)、吸毒年限(χ~2=21.817,P0.001)、注射毒品史(χ~2=4.382,P=0.036)、共用針具史(χ~2=41.773,P0.001)、服藥天數(shù)(Z=-27.703,P0.001)和尿檢陽(yáng)性率(Z=-24.161,P0.001)之間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。多因素Logistic回歸分析顯示:年齡、職業(yè)、共用針具史、尿檢陽(yáng)性率和服藥天數(shù),是MMT治療者脫失的影響因素。結(jié)論陜西省MMT門診治療者脫失率較高,應(yīng)針對(duì)低年齡段、無(wú)業(yè)、有共用針具史、尿檢陽(yáng)性率高、治療時(shí)間短的易脫失者加強(qiáng)宣傳教育和行為干預(yù),提高治療者的依從性。
