【摘要】：目的探討住院精神病患者傳染性病原體感染及免疫功能狀況,為精神病患者傳染性病原體感染的預(yù)防治療提供參考。方法選取2012年1月-2016年1月在醫(yī)院住院治療1 400例精神病患者,入院后行乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)、丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)、人類免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)、梅毒螺旋體(TP)抗原或抗體及免疫功能相關(guān)指標(IgA、IgG、IgM、C3、C4)檢測。結(jié)果 1 400例精神病患者中68例感染傳染病病原體,感染率為4.86%,其中單一病原體感染39例、混合感染29例,分別占57.35%、42.65%,單一感染中以HBV感染所占比例最高占35.29%,混合感染中以HBV+TP感染所占比例最高占23.53%;HBV、HCV、HIV、TP感染者分別有49例、18例、5例、26例,感染率分別為3.50%、1.29%、0.36%、1.86%;傳染性病原體感染患者IgA、IgG、IgM、C3及C4水平低于無感染患者,比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論住院精神病患者傳染性病原體感染以HBV及HCV感染為主,混合感染者以HBV+TP兩種病原體感染多見,傳染性病原體感染患者免疫功能相對較差。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate infectious pathogen infection and immune function in psychiatric patients in order to provide reference for prevention and treatment of infectious pathogen infection in psychiatric patients.Methods from January 2012 to January 2016, 1 400 psychiatric patients were hospitalized.After admission, hepatitis B virus (HBV), hepatitis C virus (HCV), human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), Treponema pallidum (TPTP) antigen or antibody and immunological function were detected.Results among the 1 400 patients with mental illness, 68 cases were infected with infectious diseases, the infection rate was 4.86%, including 39 cases of single pathogen infection and 29 cases of mixed infection.The proportion of HBV infection was 35.29% in single infection, and the highest in HBV TP infection in mixed infection. There were 49 cases (18 cases) and 5 cases (26 cases) of HBV TP infection in mixed infection, respectively.The infection rates were 3.50 / 1.29 and 0.36 / 1.86, respectively, and the levels of IgAG _ 3 and C _ 4 in patients with infectious pathogens were significantly lower than those in non-infected patients (P 0.05).Conclusion HBV and HCV are the main infectious pathogens in inpatients with psychosis, HBV TP is the most common pathogen in mixed infections, and the immune function of patients with infectious pathogens is relatively poor.
