基于格蘭杰因果的精神分裂感覺(jué)門(mén)控P50腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)研究

【摘要】:目的從多通道腦電的功能連接角度,研究精神分裂患者在感覺(jué)門(mén)控狀態(tài)下的腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接特性。方法采集10例精神分裂癥患者和10例正常受試者的聽(tīng)覺(jué)條件測(cè)試范式下的腦電數(shù)據(jù),利用基于頻域格蘭杰因果分析的定向傳遞函數(shù)計(jì)算各導(dǎo)聯(lián)間的因果連接矩陣,構(gòu)建出各頻段的功能網(wǎng)絡(luò)。計(jì)算每位受試者的信息流增益并運(yùn)用圖論的方法比較了兩組間的差異。結(jié)果在high-beta和gamma頻段,精神分裂組的DTF_(mean)顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.001),精神分裂組的聚類系數(shù)顯著高于對(duì)照組(high-beta,P0.001;gamma,P0.01),精神分裂組的全局效率顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.001),精神分裂組的信息流增益與對(duì)照組相比存在差異。結(jié)論精神分裂患者在感覺(jué)門(mén)控過(guò)程中因果網(wǎng)絡(luò)在high-beta和gamma頻段存在著過(guò)連接現(xiàn)象,表明腦區(qū)間的連接出現(xiàn)異常。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the characteristics of brain network connection in patients with schizophrenia in sensory gated state from the angle of functional connection of multichannel EEG.Methods EEG data were collected from 10 schizophrenic patients and 10 normal subjects under the auditory condition test paradigm. The causal connection matrix between the leads was calculated by the directional transfer function based on frequency domain Granger causality analysis.The functional network of each frequency band is constructed.The information flow gain of each participant was calculated and the differences between the two groups were compared using graph theory.Results in the high-beta and gamma bands,In schizophrenia group, the mean of DTF was significantly higher than that of control group (P 0.001), the clustering coefficient of schizophrenia group was significantly higher than that of control group (P 0.001), the global efficiency of schizophrenia group was significantly higher than that of control group (P 0.001), and the information flow gain of schizophrenia group was significantly higher than that of control group.Conclusion the causal network in the sensory gating process of schizophrenic patients is over-connected in the high-beta and gamma bands, which indicates the abnormal connections between the brain regions.
