【摘要】：目的探討精神分裂癥患者跨期決策能力是否受損,及其未發(fā)病一級(jí)親屬是否也存在一定程度上跨期決策能力的受損。方法選取25例精神分裂癥患者,25名患者未發(fā)病的一級(jí)親屬及30名與年齡、教育程度相匹配的健康對照者,采用延遲折扣(Delay-discount)中文版實(shí)驗(yàn)范式評(píng)價(jià)跨期決策能力、成套的神經(jīng)心理學(xué)測試分析三組神經(jīng)心理學(xué)特征。折扣率k值反映跨期決策能力。結(jié)果患者組,親屬組及對照組的k值分別為(0.005±0.009),(0.011±0.014),(0.024±0.029),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(F=9.487,P0.001);其中患者組與對照組、親屬組與對照組之間差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05),而患者組與親屬組差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。k值與一般神經(jīng)心理學(xué)背景測試之間相關(guān)性差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論精神分裂癥患者跨期決策能力受損,未發(fā)病一級(jí)親屬也存在一定程度上跨期決策能力的損傷。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate whether the interstage decision making ability of schizophrenic patients is impaired, and whether there is a certain degree of impairment of interstage decision making ability among first-degree relatives without schizophrenia.Methods A total of 25 first-degree relatives of schizophrenic patients and 30 healthy controls matched with age and education were selected to evaluate the ability of interstage decision making with delayed discount Delay-discountChinese version.A complete set of neuropsychological tests were conducted to analyze the characteristics of neuropsychology in three groups.The discount rate k value reflects the ability of cross-period decision-making.Results the k values of the patients group, the relatives group and the control group were 0. 005 鹵0. 009, 0. 011 鹵0. 014, 0. 024 鹵0. 029, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant.There was significant difference between the relative group and the control group (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the patient group and the relative group.Conclusion the ability of interstage decision making in schizophrenic patients is impaired, and the first-degree relatives without schizophrenia also have a certain degree of impairment of interstage decision making ability.
