【摘要】：目的:本研究旨在觀察解郁安神湯治療軀體癥狀障礙的臨床療效。方法:研究以2016年01月至2017年01月在我院門(mén)診就診或住院的符合診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的60例患者為研究對(duì)象,按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為鹽酸度洛西汀對(duì)照組和解郁安神湯聯(lián)合鹽酸度洛西汀膠囊治療組各30例,分別對(duì)比治療前、治療2周、4周、8周后兩組的HAMA評(píng)分、HAMD評(píng)分、SCL-90評(píng)分、中醫(yī)癥狀積分及不良反應(yīng)量表(TESS),以評(píng)價(jià)解郁安神湯治療軀體癥狀障礙的有效性。結(jié)果:1、治療后兩組的HAMA評(píng)分、HAMD評(píng)分及中醫(yī)癥狀積分均較治療前下降,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05或P0.01)。治療組的HAMA評(píng)分、HAMD評(píng)分及中醫(yī)癥狀積分在治療2、4、8周后低于對(duì)照組的相應(yīng)分值,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05或P0.01)。2、在SCL-90量表中,治療后兩組的軀體化、焦慮、抑郁、精神病性因子分及總分均較治療前下降,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療組在治療2、4、8周后的軀體化、焦慮、抑郁、精神病性因子分及總分均低于對(duì)照組的相應(yīng)分值,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05或P0.01)。3、在改善軀體化癥狀方面,治療組的總有效率(89.29%)高于對(duì)照組的總有效率(60.87%),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。4、在整個(gè)療程中,治療組的副反應(yīng)總發(fā)生率低于對(duì)照組的副反應(yīng)總發(fā)生率,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:解郁安神湯不僅能夠改善SSD患者的焦慮、抑郁、精神病性及軀體癥狀,而且能減少鹽酸度洛西汀膠囊所引起的不良反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Jieyu Anshen decoction on somatic symptom disorder.Methods: from January 2016 to January 2017, 60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria were studied.According to the method of random digital table, the two groups were divided into two groups: control group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30) treated with Jiayu Anshen decoction combined with duloxetine hydrochloride (n = 30). The HAMA score and the SCL-90 score of the two groups were compared before and after 2 weeks and 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment respectively.TCM symptom score and adverse reaction scale were used to evaluate the efficacy of Jieyu Anshen decoction in the treatment of somatic symptom disorder.Results the HAMA scores and TCM symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P 0.05 or P 0.01).The HAMA score and TCM symptom score in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group after 8 weeks of treatment (P 0.05 or P 0.01). In the SCL-90 scale, the somatization, anxiety and depression of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group.The scores of psychotic factors and total scores were lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).The scores of somatization, anxiety, depression, psychotic factors and total scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group after 8 weeks of treatment (P 0.05 or P 0.01).The total effective rate of treatment group (89.29) was higher than that of control group (60.87%), the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). During the whole course of treatment, the total incidence of side effects in treatment group was lower than that in control group (P 0.05).Conclusion: Jieyu Anshen decoction can not only improve the anxiety, depression, psychosis and somatic symptoms of SSD patients, but also reduce the adverse reactions caused by Duloxetine Hydrochloride capsule.
