【摘要】：目的:引進(jìn)妄想特征評(píng)定量表(CDRS),分析其評(píng)估精神分裂癥妄想患者的效度和信度。方法:經(jīng)原作者授權(quán),將CDRS英文版經(jīng)翻譯和回譯后確定中文版(C-CDRS)。選取符合國(guó)際疾病與相關(guān)健康問(wèn)題分類第10版(ICD-10)精神分裂癥診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn),存在妄想癥狀的患者137例完成C-CDRS評(píng)定,對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行探索性因素分析和內(nèi)部一致性檢驗(yàn)。選取其中73例患者間隔1周后重復(fù)評(píng)定C-CDRS,檢驗(yàn)量表的重測(cè)信度。結(jié)果:C-CDRS共11個(gè)條目,探索性因素分析提取到認(rèn)知、情感和怪異性3個(gè)因子,對(duì)方差的累計(jì)貢獻(xiàn)率為76.45%。C-CDRS總分的Cronbachα系數(shù)為0.83,3個(gè)因子的Cronbachα系數(shù)分別為0.84、0.77、0.78;C-CDRS總分的重測(cè)相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.85,3個(gè)因子的重測(cè)相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為0.86、0.82、0.83(均P0.01)。結(jié)論:妄想特征評(píng)定量表中文版的效度信度符合心理測(cè)量學(xué)要求,可以用于研究工作中精神分裂癥患者妄想的評(píng)估。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the validity and reliability of CDRSs in the evaluation of delusional schizophrenic patients.Methods: with the authorization of the original author, the English version of CDRS was translated and retranslated to confirm the Chinese version.137 patients with delusional symptoms according to ICD-10 (International Classification of Disease and related Health problems) were selected to complete C-CDRS evaluation. The data were analyzed by exploratory factor analysis and internal consistency test.73 patients were selected to evaluate the C-CDRSs repeatedly after 1 week interval to test the retest reliability of the scale.Results there were 11 items in C-CDRS.
