【摘要】：目的:了解肢體殘疾患者抑郁癥狀水平及其相關(guān)因素,為促進肢體殘疾者心理健康提供依據(jù)。方法:數(shù)據(jù)來源于2013年"中國健康與養(yǎng)老追蹤調(diào)查",選擇自報有肢體殘疾者作為研究對象,經(jīng)過篩選共得到有效樣本974例,平均年齡(62±10)歲,采用流調(diào)中心抑郁量表(The Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale,CES-D)得分評定抑郁癥狀,10分及以上認為有抑郁癥狀。研究自變量包括年齡、性別、受教育程度、婚姻狀況、城鄉(xiāng)、自評總體健康、自評聽力、自評記憶力、生活滿意度、吸煙、飲酒、睡眠時長、慢性病、日常生活自理能力、社會活動度、家庭支持和致殘時間。采用χ~2檢驗進行單因素分析,采用二分類logistic回歸將單因素分析有意義的自變量納入多因素分析。結(jié)果:肢體殘疾患者抑郁癥狀檢出率為46.1%。女性、非在婚、患慢性病、無家庭支持、睡眠時長較短組抑郁癥狀檢出率高于對照組(OR=1.35、1.62、1.60、1.67、2.58,均P0.05),自評總體健康好、自評聽力好、自評記憶力好、生活極度滿意組抑郁癥狀檢出率低于對照組(OR=0.38、0.53、0.47、0.09,均P0.05)。結(jié)論:本研究提示45歲及以上肢體殘疾患者抑郁癥狀檢出率較高,應(yīng)采取措施減少肢體殘疾患者情緒問題。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the level of depressive symptoms and its related factors in patients with physical disability and to provide evidence for their mental health.Methods: the data were collected from the Chinese Health and Old-age tracking Survey in 2013. 974 effective samples were selected from the self-reported persons with physical disability, with an average age of 62 鹵10 years.The Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression scale CES-D was used to evaluate the depressive symptoms, and 10 or more of them were considered to have depressive symptoms.Independent variables included age, sex, education, marital status, urban and rural areas, self-assessment of overall health, self-assessment of hearing, self-assessment of memory, life satisfaction, smoking, alcohol consumption, sleep duration, chronic diseases, self-care ability in daily life.Social activities, family support and disability time.The univariate analysis was carried out by 蠂 ~ 2 test, and the significant independent variables of univariate analysis were included in the multivariate analysis by two-classification logistic regression.Results: the detection rate of depressive symptoms in patients with limb disability was 46. 1%.The rate of depression in the women who were not married, had chronic diseases and had no family support, was higher than that in the control group (OR 1.35), 1.601.601.601.67 (2.58). The self-assessment was generally healthy, the self-assessment hearing was good, and the self-rating memory was good, and the incidence of depression was higher in the group with shorter sleep duration than that in the control group (P < 0.05).The rate of depression in the group of extreme satisfaction with life was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion: this study suggests that the prevalence of depressive symptoms in patients aged 45 and above is high, and some measures should be taken to reduce the emotional problems of patients with physical disability.
