【摘要】：阿爾茨海默病(AD)是最常見的一種癡呆。最新的正電子發(fā)射斷層(PET)分子探針可特異和靈敏地檢測臨床AD患者β淀粉樣肽(Aβ)和Tau蛋白,這對提高AD臨床診斷的準(zhǔn)確性和實現(xiàn)早期干預(yù)十分重要。目前世界上已有3種針對Aβ的PET分子探針獲得美國FDA批準(zhǔn)用于臨床實踐,而針對Tau的PET分子探針尚處于研發(fā)階段。該文就Aβ和Tau的PET分子探針的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Alzheimer's disease (AD) is the most common form of dementia.The latest positron emission tomography (PET) molecular probe can detect 尾 -amyloid A 尾 and Tau protein specifically and sensitively in patients with AD, which is very important to improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis of AD and to realize early intervention.At present, three PET probes targeting A 尾 have been approved for clinical practice by FDA in the United States, while PET probes for Tau are still in the research and development stage.In this paper, the research status of A 尾 and Tau PET molecular probes is reviewed.
