社會認(rèn)知抑郁患者大腦兩半球協(xié)同功能的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:目的:本研究旨在從大腦兩半球協(xié)同的角度,探討社會認(rèn)知抑郁患者的腦功能,從而驗(yàn)證前人研究的理論假設(shè):“一切精神疾病患者的病理心理或癥狀必然要有大腦兩半球不合理的分工與協(xié)同為神經(jīng)機(jī)制”。同時(shí),,也為社會認(rèn)知抑郁的臨床診斷與治療提供理論依據(jù)。 方法:采用單視野速示的方法,對20名符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的社會認(rèn)知抑郁患者和20名正常被試做對照研究。實(shí)驗(yàn)一,左、右視野組合“字”與“非字”實(shí)驗(yàn),用來考察大腦兩半球的協(xié)同互補(bǔ)功能;實(shí)驗(yàn)二,圖、字Stroop效應(yīng)實(shí)驗(yàn),則考查大腦兩半球間的協(xié)同互抑作用。 結(jié)果:實(shí)驗(yàn)一,即左、右視野組合“字”與“非字”實(shí)驗(yàn)的研究結(jié)果顯示: 社會認(rèn)知抑郁患者所組成的實(shí)驗(yàn)組表現(xiàn)為組合“字”的正確反應(yīng)時(shí)快于組合“非字”,但組合“字”的正確率卻低于組合“非字”;而正常對照組的表現(xiàn)是,組合“字”的正確反應(yīng)時(shí)同樣快于組合“非字”,但組合“字”與“非字”的正確率卻沒有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義的差別。提示:社會認(rèn)知抑郁患者大腦兩半球協(xié)同互補(bǔ)功能受損。 實(shí)驗(yàn)二,即圖、字Stroop效應(yīng)實(shí)驗(yàn)的研究結(jié)果顯示: 圖、字Stroop效應(yīng)實(shí)驗(yàn)中,社會認(rèn)知抑郁患者與正常對照在正確反應(yīng)時(shí)上均沒有組間和組內(nèi)的差異,在加工精確度上,兩組間在三中刺激呈現(xiàn)方式的正確率上沒有差異,但組內(nèi)的結(jié)果卻非常值得關(guān)注:社會認(rèn)知抑郁患者在三種刺激呈現(xiàn)方式之間的正確率均無顯著差異,而正常對照的表現(xiàn)卻是“左視野圖形”的正確率分別小于“右視野圖形”和“中視野圖形”的正確率,“右視野圖形”和“中視野圖形”之間的正確率無差異。提示:社會認(rèn)知抑郁患者大腦兩半球協(xié)同互抑功能受損。 結(jié)論:社會認(rèn)知抑郁患者大腦兩半球的協(xié)同功能是受損的,具體表現(xiàn)為:1、社會認(rèn)知抑郁患者大腦兩半球協(xié)同互補(bǔ)機(jī)能障礙;2、社會認(rèn)知抑郁患者大腦兩半球協(xié)同互抑功能障礙。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the brain function of patients with social cognitive depression from the perspective of the cooperation between the two hemispheres of the brain. Thus, the theoretical hypothesis of previous studies was verified: "the pathological psychology or symptoms of all patients with mental illness must have an irrational division of labor and coordination between the two hemispheres of the brain as a neural mechanism." It also provides theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of social cognitive depression. Methods: a control study was conducted in 20 patients with social cognitive depression and 20 normal subjects. It is used to investigate the synergistic and complementary functions of the two hemispheres of the brain, while experiment two, the Stroop effect experiment, is used to examine the synergistic interaction between the two hemispheres of the brain. Results: the results of experiment 1, namely, the combination of left and right visual field "word" and "non-word", showed that:. The correct reaction time of the experimental group composed of social cognition depression patients was faster than that of the combination "non-word", but the correct rate of the combination "word" was lower than that of the "non-word" combination, while the normal control group's performance was:. The correct reaction time of combination "character" is also faster than that of "combination" "non-character", but the correct rate of combination "character" and "non-character" is not statistically significant difference. Experiment two, that is, graph, word Stroop effect experiment results show that:. In the word Stroop effect experiment, there was no difference in the correct reaction time between the patients with social cognitive depression and the normal control, but there was no difference in the accuracy of processing between the two groups in the presentation of three stimuli. However, the results in the group were of great concern: there was no significant difference in the correct rate of the three stimuli in the patients with social cognitive depression. The correct rate of "left visual field figure" was lower than that of "right visual field figure" and "middle visual field figure" respectively, but there was no difference between "right visual field figure" and "middle visual field figure". The results showed that the two hemispheres were impaired in patients with social cognitive depression. Conclusion: the synergistic function of the two hemispheres in patients with social cognitive depression is impaired, as follows: 1: 1, the two hemispheres synergistic and complementary dysfunction in patients with social cognitive depression, and the synergistic and intersuppressive dysfunction of the two hemispheres in patients with social cognitive depression.
