高功能孤獨(dú)癥兒童對(duì)真人和卡通面部表情識(shí)別特點(diǎn)

【摘要】:目的了解高功能孤獨(dú)癥兒童對(duì)真人和卡通面部表情的識(shí)別情況,為孤獨(dú)癥兒童研究提供實(shí)證依據(jù)。方法從南昌市2所孤獨(dú)癥兒童特殊教育機(jī)構(gòu)篩選出10名高功能孤獨(dú)癥兒童,對(duì)照組為心理年齡匹配組和生理年齡匹配組(各10名)。通過(guò)呈現(xiàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的實(shí)驗(yàn)材料,記錄被試兒童的各種反應(yīng)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果高功能孤獨(dú)癥兒童憤怒表情識(shí)別率為(0.63±0.24)%,低于生理匹配組的(0.84±0.09)%和心理匹配組的(0.78±0.10)%(F=4.665,P=0.018)。組內(nèi)比較表明,高功能孤獨(dú)癥兒童和正常兒童均對(duì)喜悅表情的識(shí)別率高于對(duì)悲傷、憤怒、恐懼等負(fù)性表情,對(duì)高強(qiáng)度圖片識(shí)別率高于低強(qiáng)度圖片(P值均0.05)。正常兒童在喜悅、悲傷、憤怒和恐懼表情的識(shí)別反應(yīng)時(shí)比高功能孤獨(dú)癥兒童更短;被試兒童均對(duì)高強(qiáng)度圖片的識(shí)別反應(yīng)時(shí)短于低強(qiáng)度圖片(P值均0.05)。結(jié)論高功能孤獨(dú)癥兒童在憤怒表情的識(shí)別存在缺陷;不同強(qiáng)度的情緒圖片會(huì)對(duì)兒童的情緒認(rèn)知有重要影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the recognition of human and cartoon facial expressions in children with high function autism and to provide empirical evidence for the study of autistic children. Methods Ten children with high function autism were selected from 2 special educational institutions of autistic children in Nanchang city. The control group consisted of psychological age-matched group and physiological age-matched group (10 cases each). Results the angry expression recognition rate of children with high function autism was 0.63 鹵0.24, which was lower than that of physiological matching group (0.84 鹵0.09%) and psychological matching group (0.78 鹵0.10 5). High function autistic children and normal children had higher recognition rate of joy expression than those of sadness, anger, fear, etc. The recognition rate of high intensity images was higher than that of low intensity images (P = 0.05). The recognition time of anger and fear expression was shorter than that of high function autistic children, and the recognition time of children with high intensity images was lower than that of low intensity images (P < 0.05). Conclusion there are defects in the recognition of angry expressions in children with high function autism. Emotional images of different intensities have an important effect on children's emotional cognition.
