【摘要】：目的調(diào)查深圳市男男性行為者(MSM)焦慮和抑郁狀況并分析其相關因素,探索針對該人群的重點干預方向。方法與深圳市的男同社會組織合作,成功招募596名MSM,調(diào)查相關情況。采用單因素和多因素Logistic回歸分析MSM焦慮和抑郁相關影響因素。結(jié)果 596名MSM中,檢出焦慮癥狀者217人,占比36.41%,以輕度癥狀為主,占比31.71%(189人);檢出抑郁癥狀者307人,占比51.51%;其中中度抑郁癥狀者148人,占比24.83%;檢出重度抑郁癥狀者14人,占比2.35%。單因素Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,艾滋病相關知識知曉情況(χ~2=5.521,P=0.019)、最近6個月是否與男性發(fā)生肛交性行為(χ~2=7.693,P=0.006)、最近一次與男性發(fā)生肛交性行為是否使用安全套(χ~2=5.105,P=0.024)、是否會因為同性性行為感到羞恥(χ~2=10.738,P=0.005)這4個因素,會影響調(diào)查對象的焦慮癥狀檢出率;與男性發(fā)生肛交性行為安全套使用頻率(χ~2=8.628,P=0.013)、最近一次與男性發(fā)生肛交性行為是否使用安全套(χ~2=8.438,P=0.004)、認為自己屬于哪種性取向(χ~2=8.837,P=0.032)、是否會因為同性性行為感到羞恥(χ~2=12.486,P=0.002)這4個因素,會影響調(diào)查對象的抑郁癥狀檢出率。多因素Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,最近一次與男性發(fā)生肛交性行時是否使用安全套、是否會因為同性性行為感到羞恥這兩個因素,會影響焦慮和抑郁癥狀檢出率。結(jié)論當前深圳地區(qū)的MSM的焦慮和抑郁狀況較嚴重,正確使用安全套是控制MSM艾滋病病毒傳播的重要措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the anxiety and depression of MSM in Shenzhen, analyze the related factors, and explore the direction of intervention. Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of MSM anxiety and depression. Results among 596 MSM patients, 217 patients (36.41%) were diagnosed with anxiety symptoms, mainly mild symptoms. Results of univariate Logistic regression analysis showed that 148 of them had moderate depressive symptoms (24.83%), 14 of them had severe depressive symptoms (2.35%). AIDS-related knowledge (蠂 2 / 5.521 / P / 0. 019), whether or not you have anal sex with men in the last 6 months (蠂 ~ 2 / 7. 693 / P = 0.006), or whether you have sex with men with a condom (蠂 ~ 2 / 2 / 5. 105 / P / 0. 024), and whether you will be ashamed of having same-sex sex (蠂 ~ 2 / 10. 738 / P = 0.005). It will affect the prevalence of anxiety symptoms; The frequency of condom use for anal sex with men (蠂 2 / 8.628 / P0. 013), and the last time you had anal sex with men (蠂 2 / 2 / 8 / 438 / P 0.004), and whether you would be ashamed of the same sex (蠂 2 = 12. 486 / P0. 002), whether you consider yourself a member of sexual orientation (蠂 2 / 2 / 8 / 837 / P / 0. 032, 蠂 2 / 2 / 12. 486 / P / 0. 002), Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed whether condoms were used during the most recent anal sex with men and whether they were ashamed of having same-sex sex. Conclusion the prevalence of anxiety and depression in MSM in Shenzhen area is serious and the correct use of condom is an important measure to control the spread of MSM HIV.
