元認(rèn)知干預(yù)技術(shù)中情感組織者對驚恐障礙治療效果的影響

【摘要】:目的:本實驗通過對8名被試驚恐障礙癥狀的治療,進(jìn)一步用元認(rèn)知干預(yù)技術(shù)的觀點探討驚恐障礙形成的心理機(jī)制,驗證元認(rèn)知干預(yù)技術(shù)治療驚恐障礙的有效性,以及情感組織者的運(yùn)用對療效、療程及復(fù)發(fā)率的影響。 方法:將8名被試隨機(jī)分為實驗組和對照組,每組4人,實驗組的臨床放松訓(xùn)練加入情感組織者,對照組在保證治療程序、治療時間等因素與實驗組相同基礎(chǔ)上,臨床放松訓(xùn)練不加入情感組織者,實驗采用多基線實驗設(shè)計,通過對漢密爾頓焦慮量表(HAMA)、焦慮自評量表(SAS)和自編驚恐發(fā)作次數(shù)、情緒體驗得分問卷的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計與分析,對實驗假設(shè)進(jìn)行驗證。 結(jié)果:8名被試接受元認(rèn)知心理干預(yù)治療后,HAMA和SAS量表分?jǐn)?shù)均發(fā)生質(zhì)變,降于焦慮臨界值之下,驚恐發(fā)作次數(shù)和情緒體驗得分降低至最佳水平,無驚恐發(fā)作癥狀出現(xiàn),情緒體驗達(dá)到很好水平,回訪調(diào)查基本無復(fù)發(fā)狀況,愈后情緒狀態(tài)保持良好,其中,首次治療階段實驗組被試的各項指標(biāo)均好于對照組。 結(jié)論:8名被試接受元認(rèn)知心理干預(yù)治療后,HAMA量表分?jǐn)?shù)和SAS量表分?jǐn)?shù)均降于臨界值之下,驚恐發(fā)作次數(shù)和情緒體驗得分均達(dá)到最佳水平,說明元認(rèn)知干預(yù)技術(shù)治療驚恐障礙有效;治療過程中是否加入情感組織者對兩組被試的首次治療階段而言,實驗組被試各項指標(biāo)變化均好于對照組,第2次治療結(jié)束后,對照組各項指標(biāo)變化繼續(xù)下降至最佳水平,,說明情感組織者的運(yùn)用對療效、療程和愈后防復(fù)發(fā)等對驚恐障礙的治療方面產(chǎn)生了積極的影響。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the psychological mechanism of panic disorder in 8 subjects by using metacognitive intervention technique in order to verify the effectiveness of metacognitive intervention in the treatment of panic disorder. And the effect of the use of emotional organizer on curative effect, course of treatment and recurrence rate. Methods: eight subjects were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 4) and control group (n = 4). The clinical relaxation training in the experimental group was added to the emotional organizer. The control group was based on the same factors as the experimental group in ensuring the treatment procedure and treatment time. The clinical relaxation training was not included in the emotional organizer. The experiment was designed as a multi-baseline experiment. The data of Hamilton anxiety scale (Hamilton anxiety scale), Self-Rating anxiety scale (SAS), the number of panic attacks and the score of emotion experience were statistically analyzed. The experimental hypothesis is verified. Results after the metacognitive psychological intervention, the scores of Hama and SAS were all qualitatively changed, which decreased below the critical value of anxiety, the times of panic attack and the score of emotional experience decreased to the best level, and no panic attack symptoms appeared. The emotional experience reached a very good level. There was no relapse after the visit. The emotional state of the experimental group was better than that of the control group in the first treatment stage. Conclusion the scores of Hama and SAS decreased below the critical value after the metacognitive psychological intervention, and the scores of panic attacks and emotional experiences reached the best level. The results showed that the metacognitive intervention technique was effective in the treatment of panic disorder, whether the emotional organizer was added to the first treatment stage of the two groups, the changes of each index in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, and after the second treatment, the change of each index in the experimental group was better than that in the control group. The changes of indexes in the control group continued to decrease to the best level, indicating that the use of emotional organizers had a positive effect on the treatment of panic disorder, such as curative effect, course of treatment and prevention of recurrence.
