【摘要】：目的探究中國(guó)城鄉(xiāng)老人宗教參與與認(rèn)知障礙的相關(guān)性,為預(yù)防和控制認(rèn)知障礙提供參考。方法對(duì)目前涉及"宗教-認(rèn)知"迄今為止最近的全國(guó)代表性公開(kāi)調(diào)查資料(2002年中國(guó)老年健康影響因素追蹤調(diào)查)中13 290名老人使用簡(jiǎn)易精神狀態(tài)檢查表(MMSE)進(jìn)行調(diào)查,利用logistic模型研究城鄉(xiāng)老人宗教參與與認(rèn)知障礙的關(guān)系,并探究其原因。結(jié)果無(wú)宗教參與老年人中認(rèn)知障礙1872人(17.4%),高于有宗教參與行為老人(264人,10.3%)。宗教參與與老年人認(rèn)知障礙存在負(fù)向關(guān)聯(lián)和城鄉(xiāng)差異:在調(diào)整人口學(xué)變量、軀體健康、主觀情緒和休閑活動(dòng)變量后,有宗教參與行為老人比無(wú)宗教參與行為老人認(rèn)知障礙發(fā)生風(fēng)險(xiǎn)低(OR=0.67,95%CI=0.57~0.70)。城市老人認(rèn)知障礙發(fā)生風(fēng)險(xiǎn)低于農(nóng)村老人(農(nóng)村OR=0.62,95%CI=0.51~0.77;城市OR=0.75,95%CI=0.58~0.96)。休閑活動(dòng)變量在"宗教參與-認(rèn)知障礙"中起調(diào)節(jié)作用,與模型1比較,模型2中有宗教參與行為與有認(rèn)知障礙的OR值由0.60(95%CI=0.51~0.70)變?yōu)?.67(95%CI=0.57~0.79)。結(jié)論宗教參與與中國(guó)老年人認(rèn)知障礙呈負(fù)向關(guān)聯(lián),且該關(guān)聯(lián)作用存在城鄉(xiāng)差異,農(nóng)村老人關(guān)聯(lián)強(qiáng)度高于城市。休閑活動(dòng)變量在中國(guó)老年人"宗教參與-認(rèn)知障礙"中起調(diào)節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between religious participation and cognitive impairment among the elderly in urban and rural China. Methods 13,290 elderly people in the most recent nationwide representative public survey on "religion-cognition" (tracking survey of influential factors of elderly health in China in 2002) were selected for reference in the prevention and control of cognitive impairment. MMSE was used to conduct the investigation. Using logistic model to study the relationship between religious participation and cognitive impairment of urban and rural elderly, Results there were 1872 persons with cognitive impairment in the elderly without religious participation, which was higher than that in the elderly with religious participation. There was a negative correlation between religious participation and cognitive impairment in the elderly and the differences between urban and rural areas: adjusting demographic variables and physical health. Subjective emotion and leisure activity variables, The risk of cognitive impairment among the elderly with religious participation is lower than that with no religious participation. The risk of cognitive impairment among the urban elderly is lower than that of the rural elderly. Obstruction plays a regulatory role, Compared with model 1, the OR value of model 2 with religious participation behavior and cognitive impairment changed from 0.60 ~ 95 / 0.70) to 0.67 / 95 / 0.570.790.Conclusion there is a negative correlation between religious participation and cognitive impairment in Chinese elderly people, and there is a difference between urban and rural areas. The correlation intensity of the rural elderly is higher than that of the city. The leisure activity variables play a regulating role in the "religious participation-cognitive impairment" of the elderly in China.
