【摘要】：目的探討孤獨(dú)癥、腦癱兒童飲食行為問題現(xiàn)狀及其與正常兒童間差異,為此類患兒的飲食行為干預(yù)提供參考。方法采用橫斷面的調(diào)查方法,對哈爾濱醫(yī)科大學(xué)兒童發(fā)育行為中心49例孤獨(dú)癥兒童、哈爾濱兒童醫(yī)院和佳木斯小兒腦癱療育中心的62例腦癱兒童和哈爾濱幼兒園136例正常兒童應(yīng)用自擬的"兒童飲食行為及相關(guān)因素調(diào)查表"進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,內(nèi)容包括兒童人口學(xué)資料、飲食行為情況及家長喂養(yǎng)行為。結(jié)果孤獨(dú)癥兒童的飲食行為問題檢出率為89.80%,腦癱兒童為80.65%,均高于正常兒童(48.53%),差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ2=36.02,P0.05)。胃口差、對某食物的偏好、不良進(jìn)食習(xí)慣、進(jìn)食時的特殊行為及其他飲食愛好,不同組間差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P值均0.05)。家長的不良喂養(yǎng)行為、良好喂養(yǎng)行為和過度關(guān)心兒童飲食行為報告率,在孤獨(dú)癥組、腦癱組和正常兒童組間差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P值均0.01)。結(jié)論孤獨(dú)癥、腦癱兒童較正常兒童存在更多飲食行為問題。應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對孤獨(dú)癥、腦癱兒童飲食行為問題的重視,有針對性地進(jìn)行健康教育與康復(fù)訓(xùn)練指導(dǎo),培養(yǎng)其良好的飲食行為習(xí)慣。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the status of dietary behavior problems in autistic and cerebral palsy children and the differences between them and normal children, and to provide reference for dietary behavior intervention in children with autism and cerebral palsy. For 49 autistic children in Child Development behavior Center of Harbin Medical University, 62 children with cerebral palsy and 136 normal children in Harbin Children's Hospital and Jiamusi Child Cerebral Palsy Center were investigated with the questionnaire of Children's Diet behavior and related factors. Results the prevalence of dietary behavior in autistic children was 89.80, and that in children with cerebral palsy was 80.65, which was significantly higher than that in normal children (蠂 2, 36.02, P 0.05, 蠂 2, 36.02, P 0.05). There were significant differences in food preference, bad eating habits, special behavior and other dietary hobbies among different groups (P < 0.05). The reported rate of good feeding behavior and excessive care for children's diet behavior was significantly different between autistic group, cerebral palsy group and normal child group (P < 0.01). Children with cerebral palsy have more dietary behavior problems than normal children. It is necessary to pay more attention to the dietary behavior of autistic and cerebral palsy children and conduct health education and rehabilitation training in order to cultivate their good eating behavior habits.
