自閉癥患兒的神經(jīng)電生理特點(diǎn)

【摘要】:目的探討自閉癥患兒中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)電生理,包括瞬目反射(Brink)、腦干聽覺誘發(fā)電位(BAEP)、體感誘發(fā)電位(SEP)、腦電圖(EEG)的變化與自閉癥的關(guān)系。方法對(duì)53例確診為自閉癥的患兒作Brink、BAEP、SEP、EEG檢測(cè)并進(jìn)行分析,并與體檢健康兒童作比較。結(jié)果本組53例自閉癥患兒中,Brink異常48例(90.57%),BAEP異常39例(73.58%),SEP異常17例(31.1%),EEG異常8例(15.6%)。與體檢健康兒童比較,自閉癥患兒Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ潛伏期延長(zhǎng),Ⅰ~Ⅴ、Ⅲ~Ⅴ峰間期延長(zhǎng),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);N20、P40潛伏期延長(zhǎng),但差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論自閉癥患兒Brink、BAEP、SEP、EEG均有不同程度的異常,提示大部分自閉癥患兒存在皮層下(包括腦干、丘腦)和相關(guān)傳導(dǎo)通路、皮層功能受損,可能與自閉癥本身的特性有關(guān),對(duì)臨床診斷及治療有幫助。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate electrophysiology of central nervous system in children with autism. The relationship between the changes of blink reflex, brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEPP), somatosensory evoked potential (SEPN), electroencephalogram (EEGG) and autism was studied.
