【摘要】：目的:評價芪蛭通絡(luò)膠囊治療血管性認(rèn)知障礙的臨床療效。方法:本研究從本院腦病科門診及住院招募血管性認(rèn)知功能障礙(VCI)患者60例,隨機分為A、B兩組,各組30例。A組口服尼莫地平每次30 mg,3次/d,共治療3個月;B組在A組基礎(chǔ)上加口服芪蛭通絡(luò)膠囊每次800 mg,2次/d,療程總共3個月。比較VCI患者治療前后簡易智能精神狀態(tài)量表(MMSE)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)的變化。結(jié)果:A組治療前后MMSE評分、ADL評分比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(均P0.01);B組治療前后MMSE評分、ADL評分比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(均P0.01);B組和A組治療后MMSE評分、ADL評分比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(均P0.01)。結(jié)論:芪蛭通絡(luò)膠囊能夠改善血管性認(rèn)知障礙(VCI)患者的認(rèn)知功能。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qizhitongluo capsule in the treatment of vascular cognitive impairment. Methods: 60 patients with VCI were randomly divided into two groups: group A and group B. 30 cases in group A were treated with nimodipine 30 mg / d each time for 3 times a day. Group B was treated for 3 months. Group B was treated with oral Qizhitongluo capsule (800 mg / d) on the basis of group A. the course of treatment was 3 months. Comparison of simple intelligence before and after treatment in patients with VCI. Results there were significant differences in MMSE scores before and after treatment in group A (P 0.01) and MMSE scores in group B (all P 0.01). There was significant difference between group A and group A (P 0.01). Conclusion: Qizhi Tongluo capsule can improve the cognitive function of patients with vascular cognitive impairment.
