【摘要】：目的研究番茄紅素對β-淀粉樣蛋白(Aβ)42轉(zhuǎn)基因果蠅的神經(jīng)保護(hù)作用。方法將實(shí)驗(yàn)果蠅隨機(jī)分為不同濃度干預(yù)組、二甲基亞砜(DMSO)溶劑對照組、模型組和正常果蠅對照組,喂養(yǎng)至果蠅死亡。記錄各組果蠅的壽命和運(yùn)動爬行的結(jié)果以及測定果蠅體內(nèi)超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、膽堿酯酶活性及腦組織病理變化。結(jié)果番茄紅素能延長Aβ42轉(zhuǎn)基因果蠅的壽命,改善它的爬行能力,能增強(qiáng)其體內(nèi)的SOD活性,膽堿酯酶活性受到抑制。同時番茄紅素能減少模型果蠅腦組織病變空泡形成。結(jié)論番茄紅素對Aβ42轉(zhuǎn)基因果蠅具有神經(jīng)保護(hù)作用,其機(jī)制可能是通過抗氧化作用來實(shí)現(xiàn)的。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the neuroprotective effect of lycopene on transgenic Drosophila melanogaster with 尾 -amyloid protein A 尾 42. Methods Drosophila melanogaster was randomly divided into three groups: different concentration intervention group, DMSO solvent control group, model group and normal Drosophila control group. After feeding to the death of Drosophila melanogaster, the results of life span and movement crawling in each group were recorded, and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), cholinesterase (cholinesterase) and pathological changes of brain tissue were measured. The results showed that lycopene could prolong the life span of A 尾 42 transgenic Drosophila. Improving its crawling ability can enhance the activity of SOD and inhibit the activity of cholinesterase. At the same time, lycopene can reduce the vacuole formation in the brain lesion of Drosophila melanogaster. Conclusion lycopene has neuroprotective effect on A 尾 42 transgenic Drosophila. The mechanism may be through antioxidant action.
