多媒體技術在心智指標分析中的應用研究

【摘要】:在65歲以上的老人中,癡呆癥的發(fā)病率在6.6%以上。老人癡呆癥可能造成體能下降、記憶力減退、日常生活能力衰退、臥床不起甚至死亡,因此,老人癡呆癥會嚴重影響老人的身體健康和生活品質。本研究希望能夠結合無線感測網絡和多媒體技術,設計一套針對老人的心智指標分析系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)能夠及早偵測老人癡呆癥,及早啟動照護計劃,并且能夠在一定程度上鍛煉老人的心智功能,達到延緩老人癡呆癥發(fā)生的目的。 該系統(tǒng)由三部分組成:(1)資料收集部分:以Fun Cube為主要互動工具,利用多媒體技術呈現(xiàn)游戲內容和游戲規(guī)則,,收集受測者的操作步驟、錯誤次數(shù)和完成時間并將這些信息傳遞到云端服務器。此部分針對定向、工作記憶、專注力和處理速度等認知能力方面,一共設計和實現(xiàn)了11種游戲;(2)資料分析部分:云端服務器首先對收集到的數(shù)據(jù)進行字符串比對,篩查是否存在病毒,然后對其進行分析計算并存儲各項心智指標量化結果。此部分用Aho-Corasick算法作為云端字符串對比算法,并利用多線程技術進行比對效率的加速;(3)資料反饋部分:建立一個醫(yī)生可以訪問的網頁,向醫(yī)生呈現(xiàn)受測者的操作步驟并自動篩查有認知功能障礙的高危險人群,提示醫(yī)生提早啟動照護計劃。此部分利用Visual Studio軟件進行網頁設計,并對存貯的操作時間、操作步驟、正確性等數(shù)據(jù)進行提取和分析。 系統(tǒng)構建成功后,我們進行了三個實驗:第一個實驗為系統(tǒng)信效度的分析:評估本系統(tǒng)評估結果和傳統(tǒng)紙本評估之間的關聯(lián)性;第二個實驗為系統(tǒng)滿意度調查:利用科技接受模型(Technology Acceptance Model2, TAM2)問卷測試老人對本系統(tǒng)的科技接受程度。這兩個實驗于臺灣長庚養(yǎng)生文化村進行。實驗分為四個步驟:(1)實驗前測:受測者簽寫受試者同意書,并測試簡易精神狀態(tài)量表(MMSE)和額葉功能評定表(FAB),兩種問卷得分當作分組依據(jù);(2)分組:將測試者隨機分為A、B兩組,并用MMSE檢定兩組在認知上是無差異的(即p0.05),若有差異,則以人工調整分組至無差異;(3)第一次測試:A組做紙本MoCA測試,B組做Fun Cube心智游戲測試和TAM2問卷;(4)第二次測試:兩個星期后,A、B兩組交換。共招募了43位老人參與本實驗,37人堅持完成了所有測試,其中27位是女性,10位是男性,平均年齡為77.9歲,平均教育年限為14.6年,MMSE平均得分為27.0分。在系統(tǒng)信效度方面,本系統(tǒng)評估結果和傳統(tǒng)紙本評估之間的Pearson相關系數(shù)為0.78,屬于強相關,說明本系統(tǒng)的評估結果是有一定可信度的;在系統(tǒng)滿意度方面,使用意愿方面得分在5.6以上,認知有用性方面得分在5.33以上,認知易用性方面得分在5.7以上,娛樂性方面得分在5.88以上,主觀印象方面得分在5.56以上,工作關聯(lián)性方面得分在5.12以上,產出品質方面得分在5.88以上,效果驗證方面得分在3.86以上,自愿性方面得分在5.98以上,喜好程度方面的得分是4.77。說明本系統(tǒng)對于老人有趣、簡單易操作,并且有很強的吸引力。第三個實驗為多線程技術在服務器上運行Aho-Corasick算法的效能分析。本實驗在HP9000Superdome服務器上運行,實驗結果發(fā)現(xiàn):相對于1個CPU,2個CPU能提升50.2%左右的效能,4個CPU能提升74.3%左右的效能。 本研究將無線感測網絡和多媒體技術應用于老人心智功能評估,一方面開發(fā)了與傳統(tǒng)紙本量表相關的游戲,改善傳統(tǒng)紙本量表的缺點,協(xié)助醫(yī)生及早發(fā)現(xiàn)老人癡呆癥人群;另一方面開發(fā)并實現(xiàn)了一些認知功能訓練游戲,藉此鍛煉和提高老人認知功能,延緩老人癡呆癥的發(fā)生與發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In 65 years old. The incidence of dementia in 6.6%. Alzheimer's disease may cause physical decline, memory loss, decline the ability of daily life, completely bedridden and even death, therefore, Alzheimer's disease will seriously affect the health of the elderly and the quality of life. This study hopes to be able to combine the wireless sensor network and multimedia technology, design a set for the elderly mental index analysis system. The system can provide early detection of Alzheimer's disease, early start care plan, and can exercise the elderly in a certain degree of mental function, to delay the occurrence of dementia.
The system consists of three parts: (1) data collection part: Fun Cube as the main interactive tools, showing the game content and game rules by using multimedia technology, operation steps to collect subjects, error times and completion time and pass the information to the cloud server. This part aims at the orientation, working memory, attention and the processing speed of cognitive ability, a total of 11 kinds of game design and implementation; (2) data analysis: Cloud Server firstly collected data string comparison, screening for the presence of the virus, and then analyzed the computing and storing the quantitative results of mental indicators. This part uses the Aho-Corasick algorithm as the clouds string comparison to accelerate the algorithm, and compare the efficiency of the use of multi threading technology; (3) datafeedback: establish a doctor can access ", to show the doctor The operation steps and automatic screening of high-risk groups with cognitive dysfunction suggest that doctors start the nursing plan early. This part uses Visual Studio software to design web pages, and extracts and analyzes data such as operation time, operation steps and correctness.
After the success of the system construction, we conducted three experiments: the first experiment for analysis of system reliability and validity of the evaluation system: assessment of the relevance between the assessment results and the traditional paper; the second experiment is the survey of satisfaction system: using the technology acceptance model (Technology Acceptance Model2, TAM2) questionnaire to test the elder to the system of science and technology acceptance. The two experiments carried out in Taiwan Chang Gung health and culture village. The experiment was divided into four steps: (1) the pretest: subjects the subjects signed consent, and test the mini mental state examination (MMSE) and frontal lobe function assessment scale (FAB), two kinds of questionnaire score as packet basis; (2) grouping: Participants were randomly divided into two groups of A, B, and MMSE test in the two groups there is no difference in cognition (P0.05), if there are differences, to manually adjust the packet to no difference; (3) the first test: A Paper Group The MoCA test, B group Fun Cube mind game test and TAM2 questionnaire; (4) the second test: after two weeks, A, B two group exchange. 43 elderly people were recruited to participate in the study, 37 people to complete all the tests, including 27 women, 10 men. The average age is 77.9, the average years of education for 14.6 years, the average MMSE score was 27 points. The system reliability, the system evaluation of Pearson correlation coefficient between the results and the evaluation of the traditional paper is 0.78, belong to a strong correlation, that evaluation of this system is the result of a certain extent; in the system satisfaction. Willingness to use scores above 5.6, perceived usefulness scores above 5.33, cognitive usability scores above 5.7, entertainment score above 5.88, subjective impression scores above 5.56, job relevance scores above 5.12, output quality The scores of more than 5.88, to verify the effect of score above 3.86, the voluntary score above 5.98, the preference score is 4.77. that the system for the elderly is interesting, simple and easy to operate, and has a strong attraction. Performance analysis of third experiments for multi threading technology Aho-Corasick algorithm running on the server. Experiment on the HP9000Superdome server, the experimental results showed that compared with 1 CPU, 2 CPU can enhance about 50.2% efficiency, 4 CPU can enhance about 74.3% efficiency.
The wireless sensor network and the application of multimedia technology in the elderly mental function assessment, on the one hand developed with the traditional paper the scale of the game, improve the scale of the shortcomings of the traditional paper, assist the early detection of Alzheimer's disease population; on the other hand, to develop and implement some cognitive training game, take exercise the old man and improve cognitive function, delay the occurrence and development of Alzheimer's disease.
