【摘要】：快感缺失是抑郁癥的核心癥狀之一。快感缺失由法國心理學(xué)家Ribot提出,近一個世紀(jì)關(guān)于其發(fā)生機(jī)制及其在抑郁癥診斷及抗抑郁藥物療效評價中的作用得到越來越多的重視,并且在動物實驗和人群研究中已經(jīng)建立了多種測量方法。該文就快感缺失的神經(jīng)生物學(xué)機(jī)制及其測量方法的研究進(jìn)展做一綜述。
[Abstract]:The loss of pleasure is one of the core symptoms of depression. It was proposed by French psychologist Ribot. In the last century, more and more attention has been paid to its mechanism and its role in the diagnosis of depression and the evaluation of antidepressant efficacy. A variety of measurement methods have been established in animal experiments and population studies. This paper reviews the neurobiological mechanism of pleasure loss and its measurement methods.
