【摘要】：正持續(xù)性軀體形式疼痛障礙(persistent somatoform pain disorder,PSPD)屬于精神障礙中軀體形式障礙的一個(gè)亞型,是一種不能用生理過(guò)程或軀體障礙予以合理解釋的持續(xù)、嚴(yán)重的疼痛。由于對(duì)該病缺少足夠的正確認(rèn)識(shí),臨床報(bào)導(dǎo)相對(duì)匱乏。非心理專業(yè)醫(yī)學(xué)工作者較難鑒別本病,容易造成誤診、漏診。2013~2015年我科共收治6例以睪丸疼痛為主要臨床表現(xiàn)的PSPD患者,現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
[Abstract]:Persistent somatoform pain disorder (PSPDs) is a subtype of somatoform disorder in mental disorders. It is a kind of persistence that can not be explained by physiological process or physical disorder. Severe pain. Due to the lack of a correct understanding of the disease, clinical reports are relatively scarce. It is difficult for non-psychological medical professionals to distinguish the disease, which can easily lead to misdiagnosis. From 2003 to 2015, 6 cases of PSPD with testicular pain as the main clinical manifestation were treated in our department.
