【摘要】：目的了解黃石市社區(qū)老年人輕度認知功能障礙(mild cognitive impairment,MCI)的患病情況及其影響因素,為MCI的早期防控提供科學依據(jù)。方法采用多階段整群抽樣方法,對黃石市社區(qū)60歲及以上老年人進行問卷調(diào)查,同時采用長沙版蒙特利爾量表(montreal cognitive assessment,Mo CA)及日常生活能力量表(activities of daily living,ADL)進行認知功能評定。結(jié)果黃石市社區(qū)1 000名老人中,MCI的患病率為29.6%。單因素分析結(jié)果顯示:文化程度、職業(yè)狀態(tài)、經(jīng)濟收入、慢性疾病、腦卒中、飲酒、飲茶、體育鍛煉、興趣愛好及鄰居來往對老年人MCI的患病率均有影響(均有P0.05)。多因素Logistic回歸分析顯示:飲茶及體育鍛煉為MCI的保護因素,低文化程度、腦卒中及吸煙為危險因素(均有P0.05)。結(jié)論黃石市MCI患病率較高。低文化程度、腦卒中、吸煙可能會增加患MCI的風險,低文化程度、腦卒中人群可能是MCI的高危人群,應(yīng)進行重點關(guān)注,同時應(yīng)加強控煙宣傳,引導老年人適量飲茶,積極參加適當?shù)捏w育鍛煉。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence and influencing factors of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) in elderly people with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) in Huangshi community, and to provide scientific basis for early prevention and control of MCI. Methods Multi-stage cluster sampling was used. A questionnaire survey was conducted on the elderly aged 60 and above in Huangshi community. At the same time, the cognitive function was evaluated by using the Montreal cognitive assessed Mo (Changsha version) and the activities of daily activities of living (ADL). Results the prevalence rate of MCI in 1 000 elderly people in Huangshi community was 29.60.The results of univariate analysis showed that the educational level was the highest. Professional status, income, chronic illness, stroke, drinking, tea drinking, physical exercise, The prevalence of MCI in the elderly was affected by hobbies and neighbors (all P 0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that tea drinking and physical exercise were the protective factors of MCI and low education level. Conclusion the prevalence of MCI in Huangshi City is higher. Low education level, stroke, smoking may increase the risk of MCI, low education level, stroke population may be the high risk group of MCI. At the same time, we should strengthen tobacco control propaganda, guide the elderly to drink tea in moderation and take part in proper physical exercise.
