【摘要】：目的探討阿爾茨海默病(AD)和輕度認(rèn)知障礙(MCI)患者血清皮質(zhì)醇水平的變化及意義。方法采集46例AD、42例MCI及44例正常對(duì)照者的外周靜脈血進(jìn)行血清皮質(zhì)醇水平檢測(cè),所有受試者均進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)易精神狀態(tài)量表(MMSE)、Hachinski缺血指數(shù)(HIS)及漢密頓抑郁量表(HAMD)評(píng)定,AD患者用臨床癡呆評(píng)定量表(CDR)進(jìn)行癡呆嚴(yán)重程度分級(jí)。結(jié)果 AD組血清皮質(zhì)醇水平為(596.47±58.29)nmol/L,MCI組為(558.64±71.05)nmol/L,正常對(duì)照組為(408.65±79.86)nmol/L,AD組和MCI組均顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.01);AD組與MCI組比較無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05)。AD組血清皮質(zhì)醇水平與MMSE評(píng)分存在負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論 AD和MCI患者存在血清皮質(zhì)醇升高,且與AD嚴(yán)重程度顯著相關(guān),皮質(zhì)醇可能參與了AD和MCI的病理過(guò)程。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes and significance of serum cortisol levels in patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD) and mild cognitive impairment (MCI). All subjects were assessed by MMSE Hachinski Ischemia Index (HISS) and Hamilton Depression scale (Hamd) to assess the severity of dementia in AD patients by clinical dementia rating scale (CDR). Results the serum cortisol level in AD group was as follows:. There was no significant difference between the serum cortisol level and the MMSE score in the AD group and the MCI group. Conclusion the serum cortisol levels in the AD and MCI patients were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.051) and MCI group. Conclusion there is a negative correlation between the serum cortisol level and the MMSE score in patients with AD and MCI, and there is a negative correlation between the serum cortisol level and the MMSE score in the AD and MCI patients (P 0.05), and there is no significant difference between the serum cortisol level and the MMSE score in the AD group (P 0.05 鹵58.29 nmol / L) and in the normal control group (P 0.05 鹵79.86 nmol / L, P 0.05). Cortisol may be involved in the pathological process of AD and MCI.
