【摘要】：目的:探討丁苯酞軟膠囊治療血管性輕度認(rèn)知功能障礙的臨床療效以及對血漿MBP、S100濃度的影響。方法:將60例血管性輕度認(rèn)知障礙患者(按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法)隨機(jī)分為2組,每組30人,治療組給予基礎(chǔ)藥物治療加口服丁苯酞軟膠囊治療,對照組給予基礎(chǔ)藥物,療程為12個(gè)月,于治療前、治療后第6個(gè)月、12個(gè)月分別對患者進(jìn)行簡易精神狀態(tài)檢查(MMSE),測定S100和MBP濃度。結(jié)果:治療組6個(gè)月、12個(gè)月時(shí)MMSE評分與對照組比較有明顯改善,S100和MBP濃度顯著下降。結(jié)論:丁苯酞軟膠囊可有效提高血管性輕度認(rèn)知功能障礙患者M(jìn)MSE評分并降低S100和MBP濃度,具有神經(jīng)保護(hù)作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of butyphthalide soft capsule in the treatment of vascular mild cognitive impairment and its effect on plasma MBPnS100. Methods: sixty patients with mild vascular cognitive impairment were randomly divided into two groups. Each group of 30 people, the treatment group was treated with basic drugs plus oral butyphthalide soft capsule treatment, the control group was given basic drugs for 12 months, before treatment, After 6 months and 12 months of treatment, the patients were examined with simple mental state and the concentrations of S100 and MBP were measured. Results: the MMSE score of the treatment group at 6 months and 12 months after treatment was significantly improved compared with that of the control group. Conclusion: butyphthalide soft capsule can effectively improve the MMSE score and reduce the concentration of S 100 and MBP in patients with vascular mild cognitive impairment. It has neuroprotective effect.
