【摘要】：術(shù)語是學(xué)科理論的支撐與基礎(chǔ),但中西醫(yī)康復(fù)治療認(rèn)知功能障礙尚缺乏系統(tǒng)認(rèn)識及必要的專業(yè)術(shù)語支持。以世界衛(wèi)生組織發(fā)布的《國際功能、殘疾和健康分類》為基礎(chǔ),通過確定康復(fù)術(shù)語的內(nèi)涵和外延、收集康復(fù)術(shù)語,并采用本體構(gòu)建的方法設(shè)定康復(fù)術(shù)語框架結(jié)構(gòu),同時(shí)對中西醫(yī)認(rèn)知功能障礙術(shù)語進(jìn)行對接,從而構(gòu)建中西醫(yī)認(rèn)知功能障礙康復(fù)術(shù)語框架,為深入研究認(rèn)知功能障礙奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Terminology is the support and foundation of discipline theory, but there is no systematic understanding and necessary technical term support for cognitive dysfunction in rehabilitation therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine, which is based on the International Classification of function, Disability and Health issued by the World Health Organization. By determining the connotation and extension of rehabilitation terms, collecting rehabilitation terms, setting the framework structure of rehabilitation terms by means of ontology construction, and connecting the terms of cognitive dysfunction between Chinese and western medicine. Thus, the framework of rehabilitation terms for cognitive dysfunction in traditional Chinese and western medicine is constructed, which lays a foundation for further study of cognitive dysfunction.
