【摘要】：目的評價帕羅西汀聯(lián)合小劑量喹硫平治療廣泛性焦慮障礙的療效及安全性。方法 140例廣泛性焦慮障礙患者隨機分為治療組(帕羅西汀聯(lián)合小劑量喹硫平,71例)和對照組(帕羅西汀組,69例)。分別于治療前及治療后第1,2,4,6,8周末用漢密爾頓焦慮量表(HAMA)評定療效,治療副反應(yīng)量表(TESS)評定藥物不良反應(yīng),匹茲堡睡眠質(zhì)量指數(shù)(PSQI)進行睡眠狀況自評。結(jié)果觀察8周,治療組和對照組在治愈率(70.4%/68.1%)、顯著改善率(15.5%/13.0%)、進步率(8.5%/10.1%)、無效率(5.6%/8.7%)方面差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。治療組在治療1周末HAMA總分即有明顯下降(P0.05);對照組從2周末開始明顯下降(P0.05)。治療組1,2,4周末精神焦慮因子較對照組差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05或P0.01);2,4周末軀體焦慮因子分較對照組差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05或P0.01)。治療后,治療組與對照組PSQI評分差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05或P0.01)。2組均未發(fā)現(xiàn)明顯藥物不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論帕羅西汀聯(lián)合小劑量喹硫平治療廣泛性焦慮癥起效早、安全性好,患者依從性好。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the efficacy and safety of paroxetine combined with low dose quetiapine in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder. Methods 140 patients with generalized anxiety disorder were randomly divided into treatment group (71 cases with paroxetine combined with low dose quetiapine). And the control group (paroxetine group, 69 cases) were evaluated with Hamilton anxiety scale (Hama) before and after treatment. Treatment side effects scale (TESS) was used to assess adverse drug reactions and Pittsburgh Sleep quality Index (PSQI) was used to evaluate sleep status. There was no significant difference in the cure rate between the treatment group and the control group in the cure rate of 70.4% / 68.1%, the improvement rate of 15.5g / 13.0%, the improvement rate of 8.5% / 10.1%, the inefficiency of 5.6% -8.7%). There was no significant difference in the total score of HAMA between the treatment group and the control group at the end of the first week of treatment (P 0.05); in the control group, the total score of HAMA decreased significantly from the end of week 2 to the end of the week of treatment. Compared with the control group, the mental anxiety factors in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group at the end of 4 weeks. The scores of somatic anxiety factors at the end of the week were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.05 or P 0.01). After treatment, the scores of somatic anxiety factors in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The difference of PSQI score between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant (P0.05) or (0.01). 2. Conclusion Paroxetine combined with low dose quinolipine is effective and safe in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder, and the compliance of the patients is good.
