【摘要】：閔可夫斯基是20世紀(jì)法國著名的現(xiàn)象學(xué)家和精神病學(xué)家,也是現(xiàn)象學(xué)精神病學(xué)進(jìn)路的最早倡導(dǎo)者之一。他不滿足于自然科學(xué)所提供的精神疾病圖景,主張通過現(xiàn)象學(xué)直觀去探索精神疾病的本質(zhì)現(xiàn)象。他改變了精神病學(xué)聚焦于疾病癥狀和神經(jīng)生理機(jī)制的傳統(tǒng)做法,而主張精神疾病的根源在于塑造了疾病癥狀且先于神經(jīng)生理機(jī)制的前意識(shí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)結(jié)構(gòu)。由此,他將精神分裂解釋為與實(shí)在之生命聯(lián)系的喪失。他對(duì)精神疾病的現(xiàn)象學(xué)分析有效地溝通現(xiàn)象學(xué)與精神病學(xué)這兩個(gè)傳統(tǒng)上不相干的領(lǐng)域,并為今后現(xiàn)象學(xué)與精神病學(xué)、哲學(xué)與自然科學(xué)的跨學(xué)科協(xié)作提供了極其重要的啟示。
[Abstract]:In 20th century Minkowski was a famous phenomenologist and psychiatrist in France and one of the earliest advocates of phenomenological psychiatry. He was not satisfied with the picture of mental illness provided by natural science. He advocated exploring the essential phenomena of mental illness through phenomenological intuition. He changed the traditional practice of psychiatry focusing on disease symptoms and neurophysiological mechanisms. The root of the claim of mental illness lies in the structure of pre-conscious experience that shapes the symptoms of the disease and precedes the neurophysiological mechanism. He interprets schizophrenia as the loss of contact with real life. His phenomenological analysis of mental illness effectively communicates the two traditionally unrelated fields of phenomenology and psychiatry, and for the future phenomenology and psychiatry, The cross-disciplinary collaboration between philosophy and natural science provides extremely important enlightenment.
