漢語(yǔ)聽(tīng)寫(xiě)障礙兒童的形-形與音-音聯(lián)結(jié)

【摘要】:目的:探討聽(tīng)寫(xiě)障礙兒童是否存在視覺(jué)和聽(tīng)覺(jué)單通道的聯(lián)結(jié)缺陷。方法:從小學(xué)三、四、五年級(jí)共412名兒童中,根據(jù)國(guó)際疾病和相關(guān)健康問(wèn)題統(tǒng)計(jì)分類第十版(ICD-10)關(guān)于聽(tīng)寫(xiě)障礙定義篩選出聽(tīng)寫(xiě)障礙兒童21名,同時(shí)選擇年齡、智力水平以及閱讀水平相當(dāng)?shù)环下?tīng)寫(xiě)障礙定義標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的21名兒童作為對(duì)照。采用變化檢測(cè)范式,在形-形聯(lián)結(jié)實(shí)驗(yàn)和音-音聯(lián)結(jié)實(shí)驗(yàn)中,分別以成對(duì)的幾何圖形和成對(duì)的單音節(jié)聲音刺激為實(shí)驗(yàn)材料。通過(guò)比較探測(cè)刺激捆綁錯(cuò)誤條件下的判斷正確率,考察兩組兒童的視覺(jué)和聽(tīng)覺(jué)單通道聯(lián)結(jié)能力。結(jié)果:在形-形聯(lián)結(jié)實(shí)驗(yàn)中,在探測(cè)刺激捆綁錯(cuò)誤條件下,聽(tīng)寫(xiě)障礙組和對(duì)照組的正確率差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義[(0.60±0.15)vs.(0.66±0.17),P0.05]。在探測(cè)刺激捆綁正確條件下,聽(tīng)寫(xiě)障礙組和對(duì)照組的正確率差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義[(0.67±0.21)vs.(0.60±0.20),P0.05]。在音-音聯(lián)結(jié)實(shí)驗(yàn)中,探測(cè)刺激捆綁錯(cuò)誤條件下聽(tīng)寫(xiě)障礙組判斷正確率低于對(duì)照組[(0.65±0.13)%vs.(0.76±0.12),P0.01],探測(cè)刺激捆綁正確條件下聽(tīng)寫(xiě)障礙組和對(duì)照組差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義[(0.70±0.16)vs.(0.64±0.17),P0.05]。結(jié)論:本研究顯示聽(tīng)寫(xiě)障礙兒童存在聽(tīng)覺(jué)單通道的捆綁聯(lián)結(jié)缺陷,可能不存在視覺(jué)單通道的捆綁聯(lián)結(jié)缺陷。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate whether there is a defect in the connection between visual and auditory channels in dictation impaired children. Methods: 412 children in grade 3, 4 and 5 of primary school were enrolled in this study. According to International Statistical Classification of Diseases and related Health (ICD-10), 21 children with dictation disorder were selected according to the definition of dictation disorder and their age. 21 children with the same intelligence and reading ability who did not meet the definition of dictation disorder were used as controls. In the form-shape association experiment and the phone-phonetic association experiment, the change detection paradigm was used. Pairs of geometric figures and pairs of monosyllabic sound stimuli were used as experimental materials. To investigate the ability of visual and auditory single channel connection in two groups of children. Results: in the form-shape association experiment, under the condition of detecting stimulus bundling error, There was no significant difference in the correct rate between the dictation group and the control group [0.60 鹵0.15 vs 0.66 鹵0.17]. There was no significant difference in the correct rate between the dictation group and the control group (0.67 鹵0.21 vs 0.60 鹵0.20p0.05). The correct rate of dictation in the dictation group was lower than that in the control group (0.65 鹵0.13 vs 0.76 鹵0.12 P0.01), but there was no significant difference between the dictation group and the control group under the correct condition of detecting the stimulus binding (0.70 鹵0.16 vs.0.64 鹵0.17p0.05). Conclusion: this study shows that the children with dictation disorder are children with dictation disorder. There is a defect in the binding of auditory single channels. There may be no visual single-channel binding defect.
