【摘要】：【目的】探討含可待因的止咳藥水濫用成癮患者在靜息狀態(tài)下全腦白質顯微結構的改變,同時探討含可待因的止咳藥水成癮患者腦白質微結構的改變與其成癮時間的關系�！痉椒ā勘狙芯考{入了30名含可待因的止咳藥水濫用成癮患者和30名健康對照。觀察含可待因的止咳藥水濫用成癮患者全腦白質FA值(分數(shù)各向異性),MD值(平均擴散系數(shù))的改變,應用Pearson相關分析得到了含可待因的止咳藥水濫用成癮患者全腦白質微結構改變與成癮時間的關系�！窘Y果】與正常對照組相比,慢性含可待因止咳藥水濫用成癮患者雙側內囊前支白質纖維(ALIC)平均FA值顯著降低,而雙側海馬、雙側島葉、右側前扣帶皮層及右側顳上回平均MD顯著升高。ALIC平均FA值與成癮時間具有顯著相關性。【結論】慢性含可待因止咳藥水濫用成癮患者全腦白質微結構存在不同程度改變,這種結構連接的破壞隨著其成癮時間而持續(xù)進展。
[Abstract]:[objective] to investigate the changes of microstructures in the white matter of whole brain in patients with cough drug abuse addiction under resting state. At the same time, the relationship between the changes of white matter microstructure and the time of addiction in patients with cough drug addiction with codeine was studied. [methods] the study included 30 patients with cough drug abuse with codeine and 30 healthy controls. To observe the changes of FA (fractional anisotropy / MD) (mean diffusion coefficient) in the white matter of patients with cough drug abuse addiction with codeine. Pearson correlation analysis was used to study the relationship between the changes of white matter microstructure and the time of addiction in patients with addiction to cough potion with codeine. [results] compared with the normal control group, the relationship between the changes of white matter microstructure and the time of addiction was obtained. The mean FA value of ALICI in patients with chronic drug abuse with codeine was significantly lower than that in bilateral hippocampal, bilateral insular lobes. The mean MD of right anterior cingulate cortex and right superior temporal gyrus were significantly increased. The mean FA value of ALIC was significantly correlated with the time of addiction. [conclusion] the microstructures of white matter in patients with addiction to chronic codeine cough drug abuse have different degrees. The destruction of this structural connection continues to progress over time of addiction.
