【摘要】：目的觀察殼聚糖磷脂酰膽堿對(duì)治療經(jīng)海馬內(nèi)注射Aβ25~35的健康Wistar大鼠所誘導(dǎo)的阿爾茨海默病(AD)大鼠海馬內(nèi)白細(xì)胞介素(IL)-1β的表達(dá)數(shù)量以及該藥物對(duì)AD大鼠學(xué)習(xí)記憶能力的干預(yù)療效。方法對(duì)健康Wistar大鼠經(jīng)兩側(cè)海馬內(nèi)注射Aβ25~35誘導(dǎo)建立AD大鼠炎性癡呆模型,Morris水迷宮以及免疫組織化學(xué)方法分別觀察AD模型大鼠經(jīng)藥物治療前后學(xué)習(xí)記憶能力以及海馬內(nèi)炎性表達(dá)因子IL-1β的表達(dá)狀況。結(jié)果對(duì)照組和藥物組大鼠的平均逃避潛伏期(AEL)比AD模型組顯著縮短、2 min內(nèi)跨越原平臺(tái)次數(shù)和在靶象限時(shí)間比模型組明顯延長(zhǎng)(P0.05)。模型組大鼠海馬區(qū)IL-1β陽(yáng)性量高于對(duì)照組(P0.01),藥物組IL-1β陽(yáng)性表達(dá)較模型組顯著下降(P0.05)。結(jié)論殼聚糖磷脂酰膽堿對(duì)改善AD大鼠學(xué)習(xí)記憶能力和注射Aβ25~35后誘導(dǎo)的炎性反應(yīng)均有一定的治療作用。
[Abstract]:Objective To observe the effect of chitosan phosphatidylcholine on the treatment of the health Wistar in the hippocampus of rats injected with A beta 25~35 induced Alzheimer's disease (AD) in hippocampus of rat interleukin (IL) -1 expression and the number of drugs on learning and memory ability of AD rats. Methods the health intervention effect of Wistar after both sides of intrahippocampal injection of A beta 25~35 induced inflammatory disease model of AD rats, Morris water maze and immunohistochemistry were observed in AD rats after drug treatment before and after the learning and memory abilities and hippocampal expression of inflammatory factor IL-1 beta expression status. The drug group and the control group of rats on average the escape latency (AEL) was significantly shorter than the AD model group, 2 min across the platform in the original times and in the target quadrant time was significantly longer than that of the model group (P0.05). The model group in hippocampus of IL-1 rat beta positive was higher than that of the control group (P0.01), drug group IL-1 The positive expression of beta was significantly lower than that in the model group (P0.05). Conclusion chitosan phosphatidylcholine has certain therapeutic effects on improving learning and memory ability and inflammatory reaction induced by A 25~35 25~35 in AD rats.
