【摘要】：目的觀察低磷血癥危重癥病人的免疫功能,探討血磷水平與免疫功能的相關(guān)性。方法比較50例低磷血癥危重癥病人、50例非低磷血癥危重癥病人和50例健康體檢者,以及不同程度低磷血癥病人的T淋巴細(xì)胞亞群和免疫球蛋白水平。結(jié)果低磷血癥危重癥病人CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8、IgG、IgM水平較健康體檢者明顯降低(t=2.05~9.27,P0.05);非低磷血癥危重癥病人CD3、CD8、CD4/CD8、IgG、IgM水平較健康體檢者明顯降低(t=3.18~7.82,P0.05);低磷血癥危重癥病人CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8水平較非低磷血癥危重癥病人也明顯降低,而CD8水平明顯升高(t=2.74~6.82,P0.05)。低磷血癥中重度組病人CD3、CD4、CD8水平較輕度組明顯降低(t=3.02~7.52,P0.05)。低磷血癥危重癥病人外周血T淋巴細(xì)胞CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8水平與血磷水平呈正相關(guān)(r=0.332~0.789,P0.05)。結(jié)論危重癥病人的免疫功能受到抑制,其血磷水平與免疫功能存在相關(guān)關(guān)系,血磷水平越低免疫功能降低越明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the immune function of critically ill patients with hypophosphatemia and to explore the correlation between blood phosphorus level and immune function. Methods T lymphocyte subsets and immunoglobulin levels were compared in 50 critically ill patients with hypophosphatemia, 50 critically ill patients with non-hypophosphatemia and 50 healthy controls, as well as patients with different degrees of hypophosphatemia. Results the level of CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8,IgG,IgM in critically ill patients with hypophosphatemia was significantly lower than that in healthy controls (t = 2.05), and the level of CD3,CD8,CD4/CD8,IgG,IgM in critically ill patients with non-hypophosphatemia was significantly lower than that in healthy patients (t = 3.18 鹵7.82, P 0.05), and the level of CD3,CD8,CD4/CD8,IgG,IgM in critically ill patients with hypophosphatemia was significantly lower than that in healthy controls (P < 0.05).
