重型顱腦創(chuàng)傷后患者血清甲狀腺激素水平對病情嚴重程度及死亡率的影響

【摘要】:目的探討重型顱腦創(chuàng)傷后患者血清甲狀腺激素水平對病情嚴重程度及死亡率的影響。方法選取2013年1月-2015年1月在該院住院的重型顱腦創(chuàng)傷患者75例為觀察組,另隨機選取同期體檢健康居民50例作為對照組,采用格拉斯哥昏迷評分(GCS)評估顱腦創(chuàng)傷嚴重程度,化學發(fā)光法檢測血清甲狀腺激素水平,計算住院患者死亡率,比較兩組血清甲狀腺激素水平差異,血清甲狀腺激素水平對GCS評分、死亡率的影響。結(jié)果重型顱腦創(chuàng)傷患者血清(FT_3)、總甲狀腺激素(TT_3)水平與對照組比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);重型顱腦創(chuàng)傷患者血清游離三碘甲狀腺原氨酸(FT_3)、總甲狀腺素(TT_3)水平與病情嚴重程度呈正相關(guān)(r=0.455和0.405,P=0.000);重型顱腦創(chuàng)傷患者血清FT_3、TT_3水平影響死亡率(P0.05)。結(jié)論重型顱腦創(chuàng)傷患者急性期甲狀腺激素水平變化明顯,血清FT_3、TT_3水平越低,病情越嚴重,死亡率越高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of serum thyroid hormone level on the severity and mortality of patients with severe craniocerebral trauma. Methods 75 patients with severe craniocerebral trauma hospitalized in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected as the observation group, and 50 healthy residents were randomly selected as the control group.
