【摘要】：目的:探討祛瘀止痛方輔助西醫(yī)治療急性缺血性中風(fēng)氣虛血瘀證臨床效果。方法:研究對(duì)象選取醫(yī)院2013年7月—2015年7月收治急性缺血性中風(fēng)氣虛血瘀證患者共140例,以隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組(70例)和治療組(70例),分別給予西醫(yī)常規(guī)對(duì)癥干預(yù)治療和在此基礎(chǔ)上加用祛瘀止痛方輔助治療;比較兩組患者近期療效,治療前后CSS評(píng)分、ADL-Barthel指數(shù)評(píng)分、血脂指標(biāo)水平及血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)水平等。結(jié)果:治療組患者近期療效顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05);治療組患者治療后CSS評(píng)分和ADL-Barthel指數(shù)評(píng)分均顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組、治療前(P0.05);治療組患者治療后血脂指標(biāo)水平均顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組、治療前(P0.05);同時(shí)觀察組患者治療后血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)水平均顯著低于對(duì)照組、治療前(P0.05)。結(jié)論:祛瘀止痛方輔助西醫(yī)治療急性缺血性中風(fēng)氣虛血瘀證可有效促進(jìn)受損神經(jīng)功能恢復(fù),提高日常生活質(zhì)量,并有助于改善血脂和血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the clinical effect of Quyu Zhitong recipe in the treatment of acute ischemic deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Methods: from July 2013 to July 2015, 140 patients with acute ischemic deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into control group (n = 70) and treatment group (n = 70). The routine symptomatic intervention treatment of western medicine and the auxiliary treatment of Quyu Zhitong recipe were given respectively. The short-term curative effect, CSS score, ADL-Barthel index score, blood lipid index level and hemorheological index level were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: the short-term curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P 0.05), and the CSS score and ADL-Barthel index score of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group before treatment (P 0.05). The level of blood lipid index in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group before treatment (P 0.05), and the hemorheological index level in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: Quyu Zhitong recipe can effectively promote the recovery of damaged nerve function, improve the quality of daily life, and help to improve the level of blood lipids and hemorheology indexes in the treatment of acute ischemic syndrome of deficiency and blood stasis.
