【摘要】：目的研討深Ⅱ度燒傷患者感染病原菌的分布及危險(xiǎn)因素,并探討相應(yīng)的預(yù)防措施,為臨床預(yù)防和合理治療提供參考依據(jù)。方法對(duì)醫(yī)院2011年2月-2015年6月診治的1 870例深Ⅱ度燒傷患者進(jìn)行研究,分析燒傷患者感染病原菌的分布及感染的危險(xiǎn)因素,數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS 20.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 1 870例患者中98例發(fā)生感染,感染率5.24%;分離出98株病原菌,以革蘭陽(yáng)性菌為主,共53株占54.1%,相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)因素顯示,患者年齡50歲、燒傷部位、Ⅲ類手術(shù)切口、燒傷后送院時(shí)間60min、有高血糖及術(shù)前未使用抗菌藥物是燒傷患者發(fā)生感染的相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)論深Ⅱ度燒傷患者容易受到病原菌感染,其危險(xiǎn)因素種類多,要針對(duì)危險(xiǎn)因素加強(qiáng)預(yù)防干預(yù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the distribution and risk factors of pathogenic bacteria infection in patients with deep second degree burn and to explore the corresponding preventive measures to provide reference for clinical prevention and rational treatment. Methods from February 2011 to June 2015, 1 870 patients with deep second degree burn were studied. The distribution of pathogenic bacteria and the risk factors of infection were analyzed. The data were analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software. Results among the 1 870 patients, 98 cases were infected, the infection rate was 5.24%. 98 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated, of which 53 strains were Gram-positive bacteria (54.1%).
