【摘要】：探討磷酸肌酸鈉對膿毒癥患者心功能保護作用。選取膿毒癥患者70例隨機分為常規(guī)治療組(膿毒癥常規(guī)治療)和CP組(膿毒癥常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上加用CP),觀察患者入ICU 0d、3d、7d外周血BNP水平、APACHEⅡ評分及入ICU 0d、7d LVEF、LVED、CO變化。發(fā)現(xiàn)入ICU 3d、7d與對照組比較BNP明顯下降;CP組入ICU 7d時LVEF、CO較入ICU 0d有改善,LVED雖得到改善,但無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,治療7d后CP組LVEF、CO較常規(guī)治療組明顯改善,APACHEⅡ評分降低、病死率降低。提示在膿毒癥常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上加用磷酸肌酸鈉可改善膿毒癥患者心功能,降低死亡率,改善預(yù)后。
