【摘要】：目的分析急性盆腔炎癥性疾病致病因素及病原微生物特點。方法選擇401例急性盆腔炎癥性疾病患者為觀察組,使用自制調(diào)查表調(diào)查患者的病歷資料,分析患者的臨床特點,并選擇120例健康女性為對照組,分析急性盆腔炎癥性疾病的致病因素;對觀察組患者進行病原微生物檢查,分析急性盆腔炎癥性疾病的病原微生物特點。結(jié)果與對照組比較,觀察組患者性傳播疾病史、流產(chǎn)史、經(jīng)期衛(wèi)生不良、無避孕措施、宮內(nèi)節(jié)育器避孕比例差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),避孕套或避孕藥避孕比例差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。共檢出不同致病微生物6種,人型支原體107例(26.68%)、陰道菌群106例(36.43%)和衣原體101例(25.19%)比例居多,其余分別為假絲酵母菌50例(12.47%),陰道毛滴蟲44例(10.97%),淋病奈瑟菌37例(9.23%);各類病原微生物對不同類型抗生素的耐藥性不同。結(jié)論不良性行為及下生殖器衛(wèi)生是急性盆腔炎癥性疾病的影響因素;病原微生物類型多且耐藥性高,應合理選擇藥物,提高療效。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the pathogenic factors and microorganism characteristics of acute pelvic inflammatory diseases. Methods 401 patients with acute pelvic inflammatory disease were selected as the observation group. The medical records of 401 patients with acute pelvic inflammatory disease were investigated by self-made questionnaire, and the clinical characteristics of the patients were analyzed. 120 healthy women were selected as the control group. To analyze the pathogenic factors of acute pelvic inflammatory diseases. The pathogenic microorganism characteristics of acute pelvic inflammatory disease were analyzed. Results compared with the control group, there were significant differences in the history of sexually transmitted diseases, the history of abortion, poor menstrual hygiene, no contraception, and the proportion of IUD contraception in the observation group (P0.05). Condom or contraceptive ratio had no significant difference (P0.05). A total of 6 different pathogenic microbes were detected, 107 cases (26.68%) of mycoplasma hominis, 106 cases (36.43%) of vaginal flora and 101 cases (25.19%) of chlamydia, the remaining 50 cases (12.47%) were Candida cerevisiae. There were 44 cases (10.97%) of trichomonas vaginalis and 37 cases (9.23%) of Neisseria gonorrhoeae. The resistance of various pathogenic microorganisms to different types of antibiotics is different. Conclusion Bad sexual behavior and lower genitalia hygiene are the influencing factors of acute pelvic inflammatory diseases.
