【摘要】：目的:觀察舒血寧注射液輔助治療創(chuàng)傷性蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔出血患者的臨床療效及安全性。方法:將96例創(chuàng)傷性蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔出血患者按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對照組和觀察組,各48例。對照組患者給予氨甲環(huán)酸注射液、尼莫地平注射液和胞磷膽堿注射液進(jìn)行常規(guī)治療,每日行腰椎穿刺,測顱內(nèi)壓引流腦脊液;觀察組患者在對照組基礎(chǔ)上加用舒血寧注射液20 ml加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 ml中,ivgtt,qd。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療2周。觀察兩組患者的臨床療效及治療前后格拉斯哥指數(shù)(GCS)評分、動脈血流速度(MCA)水平,并記錄不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率。結(jié)果:觀察組患者良好率(60.42%)顯著高于對照組患者(31.25%),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療前及治療后3、5 d,兩組患者GCS評分、MCA比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療后7、14 d,兩組患者GCS評分明顯升高,MCA水平明顯降低,且觀察組明顯優(yōu)于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組患者腦血管痙攣、腦梗死和腦出血發(fā)生率分別為8.33%、4.17%和4.17%,對照組患者分別為16.67%、12.50%和16.67%,觀察組明顯低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:舒血寧注射液輔助治療創(chuàng)傷性蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔出血患者療效顯著,且不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率較低。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the efficacy and safety of Shuxuening injection in the treatment of traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods: 96 patients with traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage were randomly divided into control group (n = 48) and observation group (n = 48). Patients in the control group were given routine treatment with carbamoic acid injection, nimodipine injection and citicoline injection, lumbar puncture was performed daily, and intracranial pressure was measured to drain cerebrospinal fluid. The patients in the observation group were treated with Shuxuening injection for 20 ml and 5% glucose injection for 250 ml on the basis of the control group. The patients in both groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks. The clinical efficacy, Glasgow index (GCS) score, arterial blood flow velocity (MCA) and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment. Results: the good rate of patients in the observation group (60.42%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (31.25%), and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05); at 7d after treatment, the GCS score of the two groups significantly increased and decreased, and the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); the observation group patients with cerebral vasospasm, The incidence of cerebral infarction and intracerebral hemorrhage were 8.33% and 4.17%, respectively, and those in the control group were 16.67% and 16.67%, respectively, which were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: Shuxuening injection is effective in the treatment of traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage.
