中國漢族人群前交叉韌帶損傷與β-fib基因多態(tài)性的相關(guān)性

【摘要】:目的:探索β-fib基因多態(tài)性與中國漢族人群前交叉韌帶(anterior cruciate ligament,ACL)損傷發(fā)生的關(guān)系。方法:收集105名ACL損傷的漢族患者,以110名無ACL損傷史的漢族個體作為對照,通過限制性片段長度多態(tài)性(restriction fragment length polymorphism,RFLP)分析、測序技術(shù)對β-fib基因啟動子區(qū)單核苷酸多態(tài)性(single nucleotide polymorphisms,SNPs)進行檢測并分型,開展病例對照關(guān)聯(lián)分析。結(jié)果:β-fib基因啟動子區(qū)共檢出6個SNPs,包括;β-148C/T(rs1800787)、β-249C/T(rs1800788)、β-455G/A(rs1800790)、β-854G/A(rs1800791)、β-933G/A(rs2227389)、β-1420G/A(rs1800789),其中rs1800790、rs1800788和rs1800787的AG、CT和CT基因表型頻率在病例組中高于對照組(P0.05)。rs2227389-rs1800791-rs1800790單倍型C G A*、T G A*、T G G*在病例組和對照組中也顯示統(tǒng)計學差異。結(jié)論:在中國漢族人群,β-fib基因啟動子區(qū)rs1800790、rs1800788和rs1800787及其單倍型可能與ACL損傷的發(fā)生相關(guān)。
