【摘要】:膿毒癥是臨床上常見的感染性疾病,因其發(fā)病率高、病死率高和醫(yī)療費用高而引起廣泛關注,并進行深入研究。在膿毒癥進展過程中,往往伴隨新陳代謝的改變,其中氨基酸代謝紊亂常見。牛磺酸是一種非必需含硫氨基酸,具有獨特的生理作用,機體;撬嶂饕獊碓从谑澄,牛磺酸缺乏可能導致機體病變。膿毒癥患者的血;撬崴矫黠@下降并具有特異性,此外,牛磺酸水平下降與急性生理與慢性健康評分、序貫器官衰竭評分及血乳酸等具有關系。;撬峥赡苁俏V鼗颊郀I養(yǎng)治療的重要添加劑,適量補充牛磺酸有助于延緩病程進展,有利于膿毒癥患者的臨床預后。
[Abstract]:Sepsis is a common infectious disease in clinic. Because of its high incidence, high mortality and high medical cost, sepsis has attracted much attention. During the progression of sepsis, metabolic changes are often accompanied, in which amino acid metabolic disorders are common. Taurine is a non-essential sulfur-containing amino acid with unique physiological function. Taurine is mainly derived from food, and taurine deficiency may lead to pathological changes. In addition, the decrease of taurine level was related to acute physiological and chronic health score, sequential organ failure score and blood lactic acid. Taurine may be an important additive for nutritional therapy in critically ill patients. Adequate supplementation of taurine may delay the progression of the disease and be beneficial to the clinical prognosis of sepsis patients.
