慢性肌筋膜激痛點(diǎn)大鼠模型的剪切波彈性模量研究
[Abstract]:Objective to study the value of elastic ultrasound in the identification of myofascial excitatory pain points in rats, and to provide evidence for the diagnosis of myofascial pain syndrome and other diseases. Methods Twenty-four male SD rats (7 weeks old) were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the model group. The rats in the model group were treated with blunt blow and centrifugal exercise for 8 weeks. The model was identified by electrophysiological examination after 4 weeks and 12 weeks of normal feeding in the model group and the control group. The shear wave elastic modulus of the excitatory pain point was detected by ultrasonic examination, and the difference between the groups was analyzed. Results in the model group, the medial femoris myoelectric activity showed abnormal spontaneous potential, which proved the existence of excitatory pain points. The shear wave elastic modulus of the focal area of the excitatory pain point was significantly higher than that of the adjacent area (P0.05), and the elastic modulus of the lesion area and adjacent area of the model group were higher than that of the control group. Conclusion the measurement method of shear wave elastic modulus can quantify the hardness characteristics of the excitatory pain point, and it indicates that the hardness of the focal area increases significantly, which can provide an objective basis for clinical palpation, and realize the effective differentiation between the focal area and the adjacent area. It provides a new method for identifying the animal model of excitatory pain point, and has important research and application value for clinical diagnosis and curative effect evaluation of myofascial excitatory pain point related diseases.
