【摘要】：正膿毒癥是一種由感染引起的全身炎癥反應(yīng)綜合征,是目前住院患者最大的威脅之一。而腸道在膿毒癥的發(fā)病機(jī)制中起著至關(guān)重要的作用,腸道既是膿毒癥受累的重要器官之一,又是加重膿毒癥反應(yīng)的器官。正常情況下,腸道細(xì)菌及其產(chǎn)物與腸道黏膜屏障存在動(dòng)態(tài)平衡,腸道黏膜屏障可以防止水分和電解質(zhì)的丟失,阻止抗原和微生物進(jìn)入體內(nèi),同時(shí)又可以使人體和環(huán)境實(shí)現(xiàn)分子交換,從而攝取食物中的營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)~([1])。因此,完整的腸黏膜屏障是防止腸源性疾病和保障身體營(yíng)養(yǎng)供應(yīng)必
[Abstract]:Positive sepsis is a systemic inflammatory response syndrome caused by infection. The intestinal tract plays an important role in the pathogenesis of sepsis. It is not only one of the important organs involved in sepsis, but also the organ that exacerbates the sepsis reaction. Under normal circumstances, there is a dynamic balance between intestinal bacteria and their products and intestinal mucosal barrier, which can prevent the loss of water and electrolyte, and prevent antigen and microorganism from entering the body. At the same time, it can make the human body and the environment to achieve molecular exchange, thus ingesting nutrients in food ~ ([1]). Therefore, a complete intestinal mucosal barrier is necessary to prevent enterogenic diseases and ensure the body's nutritional supply.
