【摘要】：目的觀察依達(dá)拉奉注射液聯(lián)合瓜蔞皮注射液治療急性缺血性腦卒中的臨床療效及安全性。方法將134例急性缺血性腦卒中患者隨機(jī)分為對照組67例和試驗(yàn)組67例。對照組予以依達(dá)拉奉注射液30 mg,qd,靜脈滴注;試驗(yàn)組在對照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上,予以瓜蔞皮注射液20 m L,qd,靜脈滴注。2組患者均治療12 d。比較2組患者的臨床療效、神經(jīng)功能缺損(NIHSS)評分和生活自理能力(BI)評分、C反應(yīng)蛋白(CRP)、白細(xì)胞介素-6(IL-6)和腫瘤壞死因子-α(TNF-α)的水平,以及藥物不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果治療后,試驗(yàn)組和對照組的總有效率分別為92.54%(62/67例)和76.12%(51/67例),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療后,試驗(yàn)組和對照組的NIHSS評分分別為(11.91±2.33)和(13.21±3.35)分,BI評估量表評分分別為(62.32±12.83)和(52.72±16.53)分,CRP分別為(3.92±1.15)和(7.12±1.96)mg·d L-1,IL-6分別為(15.54±4.93)和(19.23±3.84)ng·L-1,TNF-α分別為(26.85±8.75)和(43.73±12.52)ng·m L-1,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。試驗(yàn)期間,2組患者均未發(fā)生藥物不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論依達(dá)拉奉注射液聯(lián)合瓜蔞皮注射液治療急性缺血性腦卒中的臨床療效確切,其能明顯降低患者的神經(jīng)功能缺損程度,改善血清炎癥因子水平,且安全性較高。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Edaravone injection combined with Gualoupi injection in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke. Methods 134 patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into control group (67 cases) and experimental group (67 cases). The control group was treated with Edaravone injection 30 mg / g QD, and the experimental group was treated with Gualoupi injection 20 m / L QD on the basis of the control group, and all the patients in the control group were treated for 12 days by intravenous drip of Edaravone injection. The clinical efficacy, (NIHSS) score of neurological impairment and (BI) score of self-care ability were compared between the two groups. The levels of C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor- 偽 (TNF- 偽), and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions were compared. Results after treatment, the total effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 92.54% (62 / 67 cases) and 76.12% (51 / 67 cases), respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). After treatment, the NIHSS scores of the test group and the control group were (11.91 鹵2.33) and (13.21 鹵3.35) respectively (62.32 鹵12.83) and (52.72 鹵16.53), respectively. The scores of NIHSS were (3.92 鹵1.15) and (7.12 鹵1.96) mg d L ~ (-1) and (15.54 鹵4.93) and (19.23 鹵3.84) ng / L ~ (-1) ng m L ~ (-1), respectively (26.85 鹵8.75) and (43.73 鹵12.52) ng m L ~ (-1), respectively (P 0.05). There were no adverse drug reactions in both groups during the trial. Conclusion Edaravone injection combined with trichosanthes peel injection is effective in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke. Edaravone injection can obviously reduce the degree of neurological deficit and improve the level of serum inflammatory factors.
