【摘要】：目的分析丹紅注射液聯(lián)合尤瑞克林對急性腦梗死患者血清中血管內皮生長因子(VEGF)及基質金屬蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)表達水平的影響。方法 68例急性腦梗死患者隨機分組,各34例。對照組給予尤瑞克林,研究組給予尤瑞克林+丹紅注射液,兩組療程均為3個月。統(tǒng)計療效,檢測對比血清中VEGF及MMP-9水平。結果研究組治療有效率97.06%(33/34)高于對照組76.47%(26/34)(P0.05);治療后兩組VEGF水平均高于治療前,MMP-9水平低于治療前(P0.05),研究組VEGF水平高于對照組,MMP-9水平低于對照組(P0.05)。結論丹紅注射液聯(lián)合尤瑞克林可有效提高急性腦梗死患者血清中VEGF水平,降低MMP-9水平,提升治療效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of Danhong injection combined with eucrine on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in serum of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 68 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into 34 patients each. The control group was given eucrine and the study group was given eucrine red injection for 3 months. The serum VEGF and MMP-9 levels were measured and compared. Results the effective rate of treatment was 97.06% (33 / 34) in the study group and 76.47% (26 / 34) in the control group (P0.05), the level of VEGF in the two groups was higher than that before treatment (P0.05), and the level of VEGF in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Danhong injection combined with Uretrin can effectively increase the level of VEGF, decrease the level of MMP-9 and improve the therapeutic effect in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
