【摘要】：正韌帶和肌腱損傷是臨床骨科、運動醫(yī)學科常見疾病之一。韌帶、肌腱是致密結(jié)締組織,血液供應(yīng)較少,再生、修復(fù)能力差。保守治療不能完全修復(fù)損傷的韌帶和肌腱。由于纖維組織瘢痕愈合,生物力學水平遠不能達到未損傷的狀態(tài),易再次損傷。因此生物學重建損傷的韌帶和肌腱成為治療的目標。富血小板血漿(platelet rich plasma,簡稱PRP)治療是近年來開展的新興治療手段。在國外PRP已廣泛應(yīng)用于骨科和運動醫(yī)學領(lǐng)域~([1-3])。據(jù)估算,美國和歐洲每年有超
[Abstract]:The injury of anterior ligament and tendon is one of the common diseases in orthopedics and sports medicine. Ligaments, tendons are dense connective tissue, less blood supply, regeneration, poor repair ability. Conservative treatment cannot completely repair the damaged ligaments and tendons.
