富血小板血漿在治療韌帶、肌腱損傷中應(yīng)用的進展

【摘要】:正韌帶和肌腱損傷是臨床骨科、運動醫(yī)學科常見疾病之一。韌帶、肌腱是致密結(jié)締組織,血液供應(yīng)較少,再生、修復(fù)能力差。保守治療不能完全修復(fù)損傷的韌帶和肌腱。由于纖維組織瘢痕愈合,生物力學水平遠不能達到未損傷的狀態(tài),易再次損傷。因此生物學重建損傷的韌帶和肌腱成為治療的目標。富血小板血漿(platelet rich plasma,簡稱PRP)治療是近年來開展的新興治療手段。在國外PRP已廣泛應(yīng)用于骨科和運動醫(yī)學領(lǐng)域~([1-3])。據(jù)估算,美國和歐洲每年有超
