嚴(yán)重?zé)齻笫笤缙谏捷馆袎A治療對腸源性真菌感染防治作用的研究
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of early application of anisodamine on intestinal fungal infection after burn in rats, so as to provide a new method for clinical treatment of burn patients. Methods Seventy-two healthy rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: group A, normal rats were treated with fungous fluid in group B, group C were given intraperitoneal injection of anisodamine (3mg/kg) within 5 minutes, and the animal model of severe burn was designed. Standard Candida albicans strain was used to prepare a certain concentration of Candida albicans. The rats were enema and killed in different time periods (6 h, 12 h, 24 h, 48 h). The visceral tissue and lung tissue of each group were measured by MPO Elisa, and the intestinal mucosa was detected by HSP-70 Elisa. The fungal contents of intestinal mucosa, lung, liver and kidney were detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR. Serum alanine transferase (alt), aspartate transferase (AST), creatinine (CRE) urea nitrogen (bun) were measured. To investigate the effect of anisodamine on intestinal fungal infection after severe burn in rats. Results MPO of lung tissue in group B was significantly higher than that in group A (intraperitoneal injection of anisodamine within 5 minutes). MPO content in group B was significantly higher than that in group C. The results of HSP70 assay showed that the content of HSP70 in group B was significantly higher than that in group A, and that in group C was higher than that in group B. Alanine transferase (alt) and aspartate transferase (AST) were significantly higher in group B than in group C than in group A. The serum creatinine (CRE) urea nitrogen (bun) level in group B was significantly higher than that in group A, which was significantly lower in group C than in group B, and in group C was significantly lower than that in group B. The degree of invasion was the lightest in group A and the lowest in group C, followed by group B. Conclusion severe burn rats have a wide range of fungal invasion after enterogenous fungi infection, and the degree of organ injury is aggravated with time, and early use of anisodamine can reduce the degree of intestinal fungal infection in burn rats. The real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR can be used as a rapid detection method for the diagnosis of fungal infection.
