【摘要】：目的 研究彌漫性腦損傷后不同時(shí)間內(nèi)腦水腫和c-Fos、c-Jun蛋白的變化，探討腦損傷后的生理變化為臨床治療奠定基礎(chǔ)。 方法 采用Marmarou方法制作大鼠彌漫性腦損傷模型，在損傷后不同時(shí)間（1h,3h,6h,12h,1d,3d,7d），檢測(cè)腦組織含水量的變化及用免疫組織化學(xué)技術(shù)和圖像分析方法觀察c-Fos和c-Jun的表達(dá)規(guī)律。 結(jié)果 傷后腦組織含水量，在1h即有所提高，1d達(dá)高峰，，至7d仍高于對(duì)照組水平。c-Fos和c-Jun在傷后1h即可見(jiàn)到大量表達(dá)；c-Fos在傷后3h達(dá)高峰（P0.05），隨后有所降低，至3d再次達(dá)到高峰（P0.05）,7d明顯降低但仍高于對(duì)照組（P0.05）。c-Jun陽(yáng)性細(xì)胞數(shù)在傷后6h達(dá)高峰（P0.05），隨后有所降低，至3d又達(dá)高峰（P0.05）,7d明顯降低但仍高于對(duì)照組（P0.05）。結(jié)論彌漫性腦損傷后腦組織含水量和c-Fos/c-Jun的表達(dá)呈現(xiàn)出不同的規(guī)律性。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the changes of brain edema and c-Fosson-c-Jun protein in different time after diffuse brain injury, and to explore the physiological changes of brain injury in order to lay a foundation for clinical treatment. Methods the rat model of diffuse brain injury was established by Marmarou method. The changes of water content in brain tissue and the expression of c-Fos and c-Jun were observed by immunohistochemistry and image analysis at different time after injury (1 h ~ 3 h ~ 6 h ~ 12 h ~ 1 d ~ 3 d ~ (-1). Results the water content of brain tissue increased to the peak at 1 hour after injury, and reached the peak at 7 days after injury. The expression of c-Fos and c-Jun reached its peak at 3 hours after injury (P0.05), and then decreased. The number of c-Jun positive cells reached the peak at the 3rd day (P0.05) but still higher than that in the control group (P0.05). The number of c-Jun positive cells reached the peak at 6h after injury (P0.05), then decreased to the peak (P0.05) on the 3rd day (P0.05), but still higher than that of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the water content of brain tissue and the expression of c Fos / c Jun in brain tissue after diffuse brain injury have different regularity.
