【摘要】：正老年重型顱腦損傷患者臨床死亡率較高。本研究旨在了解影響老年重型顱腦損傷患者死亡的因素。1資料與方法1.1一般資料我院2011年7月至2013年7月老年重型顱腦損傷患者60例,入選標(biāo)準(zhǔn):1符合重型顱腦損傷診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)且年齡≥60歲;2頭顱CT明確器質(zhì)性顱腦損傷,且格拉斯哥昏迷評分(GCS)≤8分。其中男37例,女23例;年齡60~69歲
