CC16在膿毒癥大鼠心肌中的表達(dá)

【摘要】:目的觀察Clara細(xì)胞分泌蛋白(Clara cell secretory 16-KD protein,CC16)在膿毒癥大鼠心肌組織中的表達(dá),探討其在膿毒癥心肌損傷發(fā)生機(jī)制中的作用。方法將40只健康雄性Wistar大鼠隨機(jī)分為假手術(shù)組(SH組,n=20)及膿毒癥組(CLP組,n=20),采用盲腸結(jié)扎穿孔法(CLP)制備膿毒癥動(dòng)物模型,24 h后,檢測各組的血清腦鈉肽(BNP)、肌鈣蛋白I(cTnI)的水平,觀察心肌組織病理變化及心肌組織CC16的表達(dá)水平。結(jié)果CLP組出現(xiàn)明顯的心肌損傷,CLP組血清BNP、cTnI高于SH組(P0.01),心肌CC16低于SH組(P0.01)。結(jié)論 CC16在膿毒癥大鼠心肌組織中表達(dá)下降,CC16可能在膿毒癥心肌損傷發(fā)病機(jī)制中起重要作用。
[Abstract]:Objective To observe the expression of Clara cell secretory 16-KD protein (CC16) in the myocardial tissue of sepsis rats and to explore its role in the mechanism of myocardial injury in sepsis. Methods 40 healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham operation group (SH group, n=20) and sepsis group (CLP group, n=20), and ligation of the cecum. After 24 h, the serum brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and the level of cardiac troponin I (cTnI) were detected by the perforation method (CLP). The pathological changes of myocardial tissue and the expression level of CC16 in myocardial tissue were observed. Results the CLP group had obvious myocardial injury, and the serum BNP in CLP group and cTnI were higher than that of SH group (P0.01). Conclusion the myocardium was lower than that of the CLP group.
