【摘要】：正隨著交通事故和意外事件的不斷增多,創(chuàng)傷發(fā)生率在發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家居高不下,在發(fā)展中國(guó)家持續(xù)上升。在20世紀(jì)初的美國(guó),創(chuàng)傷是第7位死因,至20世紀(jì)60年代上升為第4位,是34歲以下人群的第l位死因。在中國(guó),創(chuàng)傷和中毒在1975年為第7位死因,1995年以后升至第4位。創(chuàng)傷多發(fā)生于青壯年,其致死、致殘導(dǎo)致的社會(huì)勞動(dòng)力損
[Abstract]:As traffic accidents and accidents continue to increase, the incidence of trauma remains high in developed countries and rising in developing countries. Trauma was the seventh leading cause of death in the United States at the beginning of the 20th century, and rose to the fourth in the 1960s, the first cause of death among people under 34 years of age. Trauma and poisoning were the seventh leading cause of death in China in 1975 and rose to fourth place after 1995. Trauma occurs mostly in the young and adult, and the social labor force is damaged as a result of death and disability.
