【摘要】：目的研究顱腦外科手術患者術中預防使用抗菌藥物追加時機和次數(shù),促進臨床圍手術期合理給藥,預防切口感染可能。方法結合實例,以藥動學模型為基礎,以fTMIC%達到100.0%為目標閾值,結合抗菌藥物的有效覆蓋時間確定術中追加時機和追加次數(shù)。結果顱腦外科手術患者術中抗菌藥物的追加時機應以上一劑抗菌藥物的濃度下降至MIC的時間點為準,以此類推,根據(jù)術前用藥時機、手術歷時及術后4h的整個時間段確定術中(后)追加次數(shù)。結論依據(jù)抗菌藥物的PK/PD特性從理論上探討了顱腦外科手術圍手術期術中追加時機和追加次數(shù)的問題,可初步指導術中追加時機和追加次數(shù)的合理制定。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the timing and times of prophylactic use of antimicrobial agents in patients undergoing craniocerebral surgery, to promote rational administration of antibiotics in clinical perioperative period, and to prevent the possibility of incision infection. Methods based on the pharmacokinetic model, the target threshold of fTMIC% was 100.0% and the effective coverage time of antimicrobial agents was used to determine the time and times of intraoperative supplementation. Results the additional time of antimicrobial agents in patients undergoing craniocerebral surgery should be reduced to the time point of MIC, and so on, according to the time of medication before operation. The duration of operation and the whole time period of 4 h after operation were determined. Conclusion according to the PKP / PD characteristics of antimicrobial agents, this paper theoretically discusses the issue of the time and times of supplementary during the perioperative period of craniocerebral surgery, which can be used to guide the rational formulation of the timing and times of intraoperative supplementation.
