【摘要】：目的觀察丁苯酞氯化鈉注射液治療老年急性腦梗死的臨床療效。方法收集2011年10月至2012年5月寧夏醫(yī)科大學(xué)總醫(yī)院收治的120例老年急性腦梗死患者,依據(jù)治療方式分為兩組,治療組和對照組患者各60例,兩組患者均給予基礎(chǔ)治療,如抗血小板聚集、調(diào)脂穩(wěn)定斑塊、改善循環(huán)等,確�；局委熜Ч�。治療組在基礎(chǔ)治療基礎(chǔ)上加用丁苯酞氯化鈉注射液,療程14d。記錄治療前后NIHSS、BI評分,觀察臨床療效。并同時觀察RBC和WBC計數(shù),檢測ALT、Cr、BUN;觀察不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果兩組患者治療后NIHSS評分均較治療前明顯下降(P0.05),治療后BI評分較治療前明顯升高(P0.05)。治療組患者治療后NIHSS評分低于對照組,BI評分高于對照組(P0.05)。治療組總有效率明顯高于對照組(P0.05)。兩組治療前后RBC計數(shù)、WBC計數(shù)、ALT、Cr、BUN均在正常范圍,未出現(xiàn)明顯的血象變化、肝腎功能損害等不良反應(yīng),且治療過程中,患者無特殊不適。結(jié)論丁苯酞注射液治療老年急性腦梗死可有效改善神經(jīng)功能缺損,改善患者生活質(zhì)量,具有確切的臨床療效。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of butyphthalide sodium chloride injection in the treatment of senile acute cerebral infarction. Methods from October 2011 to May 2012, 120 elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups: 60 patients in the treatment group and 60 in the control group. Such as anti-platelet aggregation, lipid stable plaque, improve circulation, to ensure the basic therapeutic effect. The treatment group was treated with butyphthalide sodium chloride injection on the basis of basic treatment for 14 days. NIHSSBI scores were recorded before and after treatment, and the clinical efficacy was observed. Meanwhile, RBC and WBC count were observed, alt Cr nBUNs were detected, and adverse reactions were observed. Results after treatment, NIHSS scores in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P 0.05), and BI scores after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment (P 0.05). The NIHSS score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). Before and after treatment, the RBC count and WBC count were all in the normal range, and no obvious changes of blood and liver and kidney function were found in the two groups, and there was no special discomfort in the course of treatment. Conclusion butyphthalide injection in the treatment of senile acute cerebral infarction can effectively improve the neurological function defect and improve the quality of life of the patients.
